Եթե դուք աշխատանքի վայրում համակարգչով եք աշխատում եւ ամբողջ օրը անցկացնում եք նստած, ապա աշխատանքի հետ մեկտեղ ամեն ժամը մեկ ձգեք ձեր մարմինը, այդպես արյան շրջանառությունը էլ ավելի լավ կլինի եւ հոգնածություն չեք զգա: Կամ եթե դուք ամբողջ օրը անցկացնում եք գրասեղանի առջեւ, ապա այդ դեպքում ամեն կես ժամը մեկ փակեք ձեր աչքերը եւ գլուխը ետ ու առաջ արեք: Իսկ եթե դուք ունեք ընդմիջման ժամ, ապա օգտվեք եւ քայլեք:
3.
