ԳԱԼԱ հեռուստաընկերության մի քանի աշխատակիցներ հիմնադրել են «Գաղափարակից լիբերալների ալյանս»՝ ԳԱԼԱ կուսակցությունը: Նրանք հայտարարել են, որ կուսակցության հիմնադրման հիմնական նպատակներից է Գյումրու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին մասնակցելը: Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել առաջին համագումարը:Կուսակցության վարչության նախագահ է ընտրվել Վահան Խաչատրյանը:

Past.am-ը լրագրողների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի նախագահ, Գյումրու ավագանու անդամ Լևոն Բարսեղյանին հարցրեց՝ որքանո՞վ է ճիշտ լրատվամիջոցի՝ կուսակցություն դառնալը: Պարոն Բարսեղյանի կարծիքով՝ արդար չէ «ճիշտ» և «սխալ» սահմանումներ տալը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ավելի հարմար է օգտագործել նպատակներին հասնելու գործիքների ադյունավետության հանգամանքը:

«ԳԱԼԱ-ն, ինչքան հասկանում եմ, բազմիցս բացատրել է, որ քաղաքային խնդիրները լուծելու համար չունի բավարար միջոցներ: Ստացվեց այնպես, որ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցի աշխատակիցները կուսակցություն հիմնադրեցին: Կա սրա հակառակը, երբ կուսակցություններն են հիմնում լրատվամիջոցներ: Դրա վրա քիչ է ուշադրություն դարձվում: Ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել՝ կուսակցությո՞ւնն է կարևոր, թե՞ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոց ղեկավարելը: Հանրապետականն իր ալիքն ունի, «Բարգավաճն» ուներ, ՕԵԿ-ը, ՀՅԴ-ն ունեն: Հիմա էլ հակառակն է»,- նշեց Լևոն Բարսեղյանը:

Հիշեցնելով սեփական օրինակը՝ Բարսեղյանն ասաց. «Չորս տարի առաջ ունեի լրագրողական, խմբագրական և հասարակական գործունեության բազմամյա փորձ, բայց ստիպված էի առաջադրվել ավագանու անդամության թեկնածու: Ինչո՞ւ, որպեսզի կարողանամ ազդել տեղական ինքնակառավարման որակի վրա: Մնացած գործիքները չունեին շոշափելի ազդեցություն: Մտածեցի՝ լավ, գուցե ընտրվեմ և փորձեմ ավելի թափանցիկ դարձնել տեղական ինքնակառավարումը: Շատ ավելի լավ, եթե որոշումների վրա էլ ինչ-որ ազդեցություն կարողանամ ունենալ»:

Մեր զրուցակիցը հավելեց. «Այս դեպքում ոչ թե անհատը, այլ ամբողջ լրատվամիջոցն է նման որոշում կայացրել: Ես կարծում եմ, որ լավ օրից չէ, որ լրատվամիջոցը գնում է դրան: Հազիվ թե ԳԱԼԱ-ն մտներ քաղաքական դաշտ, եթե տեսներ խնդիրների լուծման ճանապարհը՝ որպես ԶԼՄ:

Չեմ կարծում, թե լրագրողների համար երազանք է ավագանու անդամի կարգավիճակը: Ո՛չ ռոճիկ կա, ո՛չ էլ ... Անարդար բան չեն արել՝ քաղաքական պայքարի մեջ մտնելով: Լավ է, որ մարդիկ բացահայտ են անում: Շատ այլ ԶԼՄ-ներ կան, օրինակ՝ Հանրայինը, որը բացահայտ իշխանության խոսափողն է, բայց ասում են՝ մենք անկախ ենք: Մարդիկ ուղիղ ասում են, որ քաղաքական գործընթացի մեջ են մտնում, որպեսզի կարգի բերեն իշխանություններին»:

Պարոն Բարսեղյանից փորձեցինք ճշտել՝ հնարավո՞ր է, որ վերջինս համագործակցի նորաստեղծ քաղաքական ուժի հետ կամ ընդգրկվի այդ ուժի նախընտրական ցուցակի մեջ:

Ի պատասխան՝ նա մեզ ասաց. «Լինելով կազմակերպության ղեկավար, ավագանու անդամ, մարդ, որը կրկին ցանկանում է կրկին լինել ավագանու անդամ՝ պատրաստ եմ անգամ Հանրապետական ավագանու հետ իմ փորձով կիսվել: Շատ վեճեր են եղել նախկին քաղաքապետի հետ, գործող քաղաքապետի հետ, բայց միշտ պատրաստ եմ եղել իմ ջանքերը ներդնել: Բայց չեմ անդամակցի որևէ կուսացության, քանի որ ես համոզված անարխիստ եմ, կուսակցական լինել չեմ կարող:

Ես պատկերացնում եմ, որ որևէ դաշինքի մեջ կարող եմ լինել որպես թեկնածու: Կուսակցության ցուցակում չեմ կարող լինել, որովհետև ինձ նույնացնելու են այդ ուժի հետ: Բայց բոլորը գիտեն, որ միշտ պատրաստ եմ իմ խորհուրդներով օգտակար լինել»:
