ՊՆ-ում զգուշանում են.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՊՆ-ն հունիսի 16-18-իը Երեւան-Մոսկվա-Երեւան էկոնոմ դասի 3 ավիատոմսի համար վճարել է 891 հազար դրամ, կամ յուրաքանչյուր տոմսի համար՝ 297 հազար դրամ: Նույն չվերթի 1 բիզնես դասի ավիատոմսի համար վճարել է 965 հազար դրամ՝ եռակի թանկ:
Մինչդեռ ընդամենը երեք օր հետո՝ հունիսի 19-ին, Երեւան-Մոսկվա-Երեւան 1 տոմսի համար վճարել է եռակի ցածր՝ 108 հազար դրամ: Իհարկե, թե ՊՆ-ից, թե ավիատոմսերի վաճառքի ոլորտից կարող են ասել, որ այս դեպքում ֆիքսված գին գոյություն չունի, որ տոմսի գինը պայմանավորված է լինում օրերով եւ տարբեր հանգամանքներով, բայց մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ թե պատվիրատուն, թե տոմս վաճառողը կարող են մտնել ստվերային գործարքների մեջ՝ ուռճացնելով տոմսի գինն ու գումար աշխատել:
Ասենք՝ տոմսավաճառ ընկերությունը կարող է նախապես արհեստականորեն ամրագրել տվյալ չվերթի էժան ավիատոմսերը, համեմատաբար բարձր գին ներկայացնել գնող գերատեսչությանը, մրցույթը շահել, ապա այդ ամրագրումները չեղյալ համարել: Այդպիսով, հնարավոր է լինում պետբյուջեի հաշվին երկուստեք գումար աշխատել:
