«Սերժ Սարգսյանի հունիսի 2-ի հրամանագրով ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, ՀՀԿ-ական Մանվել Բադեյանը նշանակվեց Քուվեյթում ՀՀ դեսպան: Բադեյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել իր եկամուտների և ունեցվածքի հայտարարագիրը, որով պարզ է դառնում, որ նրա դրամական միջոցները 2015 թվականի սկզբին կազմել են 700 մլն դրամ, 40 հազար եվրո և 812 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, որոնք տարվա վերջում դարձել են 300 մլն դրամ, 40 հազար եվրո և 1 մլն 625 հազար դոլար: Նախորդ տարի նրա եկամուտները գոյացել են աշխատավարձից և շահաբաժնից՝ կազմելով 26 մլն 480 հազար դրամ, որից 7 միլիոնը աշխատավարձն է եղել:
Բադեյանն ունի հողամասի վրա կառուցված երկու անհատական բնակելի տուն, իր տնտեսական շինություններով, արտադրական նշանակության 3 շինություն և 4 հողամաս:
