Ավելի հեշտ քնելու համար բարձի մոտ կարելի է սառը ջրով թրջած սրբիչ դնել:

Եվս մեկ խնդիր է սրտխառնոցը, որը հաճախ է պատահում շոգին: Դա հաղթահարել, բժիշկների խոսքով, կօգնեն բանանը, անանուխի եփուկը, սպանախը:

Եթե շոգին ցավում կամ պտտվում է գլուխը, ոտքերը և ձեռքերը սառը ջրով սրբեք: Լավ կլինի քունքերի մասում մի քանի վայրկյանով սառույց դնել, այն քսել ծոծրակին և արմունկի ծալվող մասերին: Այդպիսով կիջեցնեք զարկերակային ճնշումը և կվերացնեք հոգնածությունը:
