 ՀՀ Նախագահ, Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հուլիսի 2-ին անցկացրել է Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Օրակարգը ներառել է «Կենսաբանական անվտանգության ապահովման ռազմավարության» նախագծի մասին հարցը և այլ հարցեր: Խորհրդի անդամները քննարկել և հավանության են արժանացրել «Կենսաբանական անվտանգության ապահովման ռազմավարության» նախագիծը, որը զեկուցել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը: Հիմնավորելով վերոնշյալ ռազմավարության ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ այն բխում է կենսաբանական անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտում իրականացվող գործունեության պատշաճ համակարգման, անհրաժեշտ իրավական կարգավորումների կիրարկման, քաղաքական առաջնահերթությունների և անվտանգության ապահովման սկզբունքների հստակ ձևակերպման, ինչպես նաև միջազգայնորեն սահմանված անվտանգության պահանջներին համահունչ երկարաժամկետ պետական քաղաքականության իրականացման ու կենսաբանական սպառնալիքների հակազդմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների արդյունավետության բարձրացման հրամայականից:

Ռազմավարության հիմնական նպատակն է՝ կատարելագործել և ամրապնդել կենսաբանական անվտանգության ապահովման համակարգը՝ ներքին և արտաքին վտանգներին, սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու, ինչպես նաև մարդու, բնակչության, շրջակա միջավայրի էկոհամակարգի վրա կենսաբանական սպառնալիքների ազդեցության ռիսկերը նվազեցնելու համար:
