5 քայլ դեպի հաջողակ կյանք

Կանոն №1. Ձեզ շրջապատող աշխարհը ո՛չ բարի է, ո՛չ էլ չար։ Խնդիրների բացարձակ մեծամասնությունը, որոնք մեզ խանգարում են ապրել, կամ մտացածին են կամ էլ չափազանցված։ Մենք հաճախ են չափազանցնում դրանց նշանակությունը։ Պետք է հասկանանք, որ մեր աշխարհն այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին մենք այն ընկալում ենք։ Իսկ բոլոր խնդիրները եւ անհաջողությունները միայն մեր գլխում են։ Ազատվեք բացասական մտածելակերպից, եւ ամեն բան կլցվի դրական լիցքերով։ Կարեւորը մի՛ հուսահատվեք ձախողումներից հետո։ Հավատացե՛ք, որ ամեն բան ի բարին է։ Անգամ անհաջողությունները կարելի է գնահատել որպես դրական բան։ Չէ՞ որ դա փորձ է։ Իսկ առանց դրա, մենք ոչ մի քայլ առաջ չենք գնա դեպի մեր երազանքը։
Կանոն №2. Ձեր կյանքի համար պատասխանատու եք միայն Դուք։ Մեզ ոչ ոք ոչինչ պարտական չէ։ Այն, ինչ մեզ հետ կատարվում է, մեր գործողությունների եւ մտքերի հետեւանք է։ Այդ պատճառով, եթե ինչ–որ բան այնպես չի ստացվում, պետք չէ մեղքն ուրիշի վրա բարդել։ Չէ՞ որ ձեր ճակատագրի տերը դուք եք։
Կանոն №3. Անհրաժեշտ է դուրս գալ վանդակից։ Այդ վանդակը մեր գլխում է, այլ ոչ թե դրսից։ Այն կազմված է ամենատարբեր «չի կարելիներից», «չի ստացվիներից», տարբեր վախերից եւ առաջին հերթին այն ամենից, ինչը խանգարում է մեզ զարգանալ։ Մեր կյանքը դեպի լավը փոխելու համար պետք է դրանից դուրս գալ, ազատվել սահմանափակումներից, շրջանակներից, կապանքներից։ Մենք բոլորս կարող ենք ստանալ այն, ինչ ուզենանք։ Բայց դրա համար պետք է աշխարհին նայել լայն բացած աչքերով՝ չվախենալով գործից։ Ամենից հաճախ մարդ թեւաթափ է լինում եւ հրաժարվում երազանքից առաջին իսկ անհաջողությունից հետո։ Այդ պահին նա հայտնվում է վանդակում։ Դուրս գալով դրանից եւ ամեն անգամ կրկնելով նպատակին հասնելու փորձերը՝ նա հասնում է իր ուզածին։
Կանոն №4. Սինուսոիդի օրենքը։ Հիշե՛ք Սողոմոն իմաստուն արքայի բառերը. «Սա էլ կանցնի»։ Թող այդ արտահայտությունն ուղեկցի ձեզ ձեր ամբողջ կյանքի ընթացքում, որովհետեւ սեւ գծերին միշտ հաջորդում է սպիտակը։ Պետք չէ սեւեռվել կոնկրետ մի բանի վրա։ Ձեր կյանքում անպայման կլինեն հաջողություններ եւ ձախողումներ։ Պարզապես առա՛ջ շարժվեք։ Եվ այդ ժամանակ ամեն բան կստացվի։
Կանոն №5. Ներկա վիճակը նախորդ գործողությունների հետեւանք է։ Այն ամենն, ինչ դուք արել են անցյալում, իր հետք է թողել ներկայում։ Եզրակացություննե՛ր արեք եւ մտածե՛ք Ձեր ապագայի մասին արդեն հիմա։
