ԱԻՄ-ը կոչ է անում Ռուսաստանին՝ հրաժարվել Մինսկի խմբի անդամությունից եւ զբաղվել իր համար կարեւոր «բիզնես»-ով։
«Ազգային ինքնորոշում միավորում» կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում Ռուսաստանի անդամակցությունը դադարեցնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։
Հայտարարությունում ասվում է. «1992թ.-ին ստեղծված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի գլխավոր առաքելությունը Արցախյան հակամարտության խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումն է։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ այդ խմբի երեք համանախագահներից ՌԴ-ն հակամարտող կողմերի զենքի հիմնական մատակարարն է։ Վերջին տարիներին ՌԴ գործունեությունը այդ ասպարեզում աննախադեպ չափերի է հասել։ Այժմ արդեն նրա մատակարարման զինանոցում ոչ միայն հարձակողական, այլեւ զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենքեր են։ Ռուս պետական պաշտոնյաները բացառիկ ամբարտավանությամբ հակամարտող (երբեմն նաեւ՝ պատերազմող) կողմերին մահաբեր զինամթերքների մատակարարումը համարում են «բիզնես»։
Ընդհանրապես մարդկային կյանքի դեմ ուղղված «բիզնեսով» զբաղվելը անբարոյականություն է։ Արձանագրենք, սակայն, որ Մինսկի խմբի անդամ պետությունը հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն աջակցելու փոխարեն կողմերին սպառազինելով ավելի է խորացնում այն, ինչը հակասում է ԵԱՀԿ սկզբունքներին եւ մանավանդ Մինսկի խմբի հիմնական նպատակին։ Այս իրավիճակում մենք ստիպված ենք կոչ անել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը՝ հրաժարվել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահի բարձր դիրքից, ավելին՝ Մինսկի խմբի անդամությունից, եւ զբաղվել իր համար կարեւոր «բիզնես»-ով»։
Նշվում է, որ ԱՄԿ-ԱԻՄ-ի ներկայացուցիչները հուլիսի 8-ին, ժամը 18-ին Ազատության հրապարակում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին կներկայացնեն այս հայտարարությունը, կփորձեն ստանալ հայաստանյան հանրային կարծիքի աջակցությունը եւ դրանից հետո հայտարարությունը կներկայացնեն ԵԱՀԿ ղեկավարությանը եւ նրա անդամ պետություններին։
