Ահա թե ինչպես կարելի է հանել վարունգի դառնությունը մի քանի վայրկայանում

Ամենատհաճ պահերից մեկը՝ երբ հաճույքով կծած վարունգը դառն է դուրս գալիս: Այս իրավիճակում միանշանակ մեզանից շատերն են հայտնվել:
Սակայն պահն ավելի է լրջանում, երբ գնված 2 կգ վարունգի դառնությունը բացահայտվում է քաղաքից հեռու կազմակերպված հանգստյան ճաշկերույթի ժամանակ. խանութ չկա նորից վարունգ գնելու համար, բայց առանց վարունգի էլ սեղանը «դատարկ» է: Իրավիճակից փրկվելու մի տարբերակ կա, որը սակայն նման պահերին անօգուտ է, բայց եթե վարունգը նախատեսվում է պահածոյացնելու կամ մեկ օր հետո օգտագործելու համար, ապա նրա դառնությունը կարող եք հանել՝ օգտագործելուց 12 ժամ առաջ սառը ջրում թրջոց դնելուց հետո:
Իսկ ահա շտապ ու անհետաձգելի տարբերակով վարունգի դառնությունը հանելու «հանճարեղ» այս մեթոդը դեռ մեր պապիկներն ու տատիկներն են կիրառել: Եթե պարզվում է, որ վարունգը դառն է, ապա պետք է դանակով կտրել նրա արմատի հատվածն ու ոչ թե դեն նետել, ինչպես դա անում ենք սովորաբար, այլ կտրված հատվածն ու վարունգը արագորեն այնպես շփել իրար հետ, որ նրանց շփման հատվածում սպիտակ փրփուր առաջանա:
Ահա և վերջ, վարունգի ողջ դառնությունը հանված է, այն հենց այդ սպիտակ փրփուրն է, որը սառը ջրով լվանալուց հետո վարունգը կլինի պիտանի ու իր ավանդական հաճելի համով, և ոչ թե դառը:
