Վաղուց ի վեր մեր ազգի խորհրդանիշերից մեկը համարվող Արմանու երկրի ծիրդու պտուղը (Ք.ա. 3-րդ հազարամյակ) իրավամբ Կենաց ծառի պտուղն է: Ծիրանենու բոլոր մասերը պարունակում են մարդու առողջությանը նպաստող՝ զարմանալի քիմիական բաղադրություն ու բուժիչ ազդեցություն ունեցող նյութեր:
Կեղև: Պարզապես բնության հրաշալիքների շարքին կարելի է դասել ծիրանենու կեղևը, որն ունի ուղեղի ու սրտի աշխատանքը կարգավորող ազդեցություն: Նյարդաբաններին ու սրտաբաններին անշուշտ քաջ ծանոթ «պիրացետամ» դեղորայքն ու կեղևը պարունակում են նման ազդեցություն ունեցող նյութեր: Պիրացետամի կիրառման ոլորտը շատ լայն է: Կեղևի եփուկը վերականգնում է ուղեղի վնասված բջիջները, նպաստում է ինսուլտի հետևանքով խանգարված արյան շրջանառությունը: Ամրացնում է կանանց օրգանիզմը դժվար ծննդաբերությունից հետո: Հիմալայներում ապրող խունզի երկարակյաց ժողովուրդը խառնում է փոշիացրած կեղևն ալյուրի հետ:

Էտման գործողության ընթացքում անջատված ճյուղերից առանձնացրեք կեղևն ու չորացրեք ծածկի տակ, օդափոխվող տարածքում: 1ճ/գ փոշիացրած հումքը 8 ժամ թրմեք 200մլ ջրում՝ փակ տարայում, սենյակային պայմաններում: Եփուկն ունի կապող ու հակաբորբոքային հատկություն: Լնդերի հիվանդությունների, ստոմատիտի, անգինայի դեպքում օգտագործվում է ողողումների համար, իսկ վերքերի պարագայում՝ դրվում է թրջոց:
Կորիզ: Գիտնականները մինչ օրս վիճում են. արդյո՞ք առաջին անգամ ծիրանի կորիզի միջուկում հայտնաբերված գլիկոզիդ ամիգդալինն ու դրա բեկորը հանդիսացող լիտրիլը (վիտամին B17) ունեն հակաքաղցկեղային ազդեցություն, թե՞ ոչ: Սակայն վերջերս ապացուցվել է, որ այդ նյութերը բարձրացնում են մարդու օրգանիզմի դիմադրողականությունը ճառագայթների ազդեցության դեմ:
Ծիրանի կորիզի ջուր: Մանրացրեք, աղացեք սրճաղացով 20 կորիզի միջուկ, լցրեք ջերմապահի մեջ, ավելացրեք 200մլ եռջուր, 4 ժամ թրմեք: Խմեք 1-ական ճ/գ թեյի, կաթի կամ այլ ըմպելիքների հետ: Օգտակար է շնչառական ուղիների հիվանդությունների, զկրտոցի դեպքում, ունի որդաթափ ազդեցություն:
Սակավարյունություն: Աղացեք, խառնեք 100-ական գ ծիրանի կորիզի միջուկ ու չամիչ, 200գ պոպոքի միջուկ, 2 կիտրոնի կեղև: Ավելացրեք 100մլ կիտրոնի հյութ ու 150գ գոլ մեղր, 2 օր թրմեք մութ, հով տեղում: Կերեք 1-ական ճ/գ, օրը 3 անգամ, ուտելուց հետո:
