Աղը լուծում ենք 180մլ ջրում, ավելացնում բուսայուղը և խառնում: Ստացված զանգվածը լցնում ենք ալյուրի վրա և պինդ խմոր հունցում:
Թողնում ենք խմորը հանգստանա 25-30 րոպե:
Կանաչիները լվանում ենք, չորացնում, ապա մանր կտրատում:
Պանիրը անցկացնում ենք մանր քերիչով:
Խառնում ենք պանիրը կանաչիի հետ, ապա վրան կոտրում 1 ձուն և խառնում զանգվածը: Կարելի է թեթևակի համեմել աղով՝ ըստ ցանկության:
Խմորը բաժանում ենք 4-6 հավասար մասի, ամեն մեկը գրտնակով առանձին բացում ենք շրջանաձև բարակ շերտով:
Խմորի մի ծայրին լցնում ենք ստացված միջուկից՝ թողնելով ծայրի մասից 1-2սմ ազատ: Փակում ենք միջուկը խմորի շերտի երկրորդ մասով և լավ ամրացնում ծայրերը:
Թավան լավ տաքացնում ենք ուժեղ կրակի վրա, ապա իջեցնում կրակը միջինից ցածր աստիճանի և տապակում կարկանդակները 2 կողմից մինչև կարմրավուն երանգի առաջացումը: Կարկանդակների տապակվելու ընթացքում թավայի մեջ բուսայուղ պետք չէ ավելացնել:
Պատրաստի կարկանդակների վրա դնում ենք 1-ական փոքրիկ կտոր կարագ:
Տեղադրում ենք կարկանդակները իրար վրա, թողնում այդպես մնան 5-10 րոպե, ապա մատուցում:
