ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն հետախուզում է հայտարարել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շորթման մեջ մեղադրվող 2 անձանց նկատմամբ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում շարունակվում է շորթման դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ քաղաքացուց առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով շորթում կատարելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու, մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ րոշում է կայացվել` քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավել Վրաստանի քաղաքացի Մ.Դոլոյանին։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացուց առանձապես խոշոր չափերով շորթում կատարելուն մասնակցություն է ունեցել Վրաստանի քաղաքացի Մ.Դոլոյանը, ով 2016 թվականի մարտի 25-ին՝ Երեւանում, զանգահարել և հանդիպման է հրավիրել քաղաքացուն։ Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականի մարտի 26-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանք հանդիպել են, հանդիպմանը ներկա են եղլ նաև այլ անձինք, նրանց թվում՝ քրեական հեղինակություններ։
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Վերջիններս պարզաբանումներ են պահանջել 2013-2014թթ. Վրաստանում ձեռք բերված ենթադրյալ ինչ-որ պայմանավորվածությունների վերաբերյալ, ինչը քաղաքացին հերքել է։ Այնուհետեւ վերջինիս նկատմամբ բռնություն է գործադրվել՝ պահանջելով իրենց հանձնել 20.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ խմբի անդամները քաղաքացուց վերցրել են վերջինիս «Range Rover Sport» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի բանալիները, որով նա գնացել էր հանդիպման՝ որպես պահանջված գումարը տալու երաշխիք։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 29-ին որոշում է կայացվել Մ.Դոլոյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ ակտիվացնել օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումները՝ Մ.Դոլոյանին և 2016 թվականի մայիսի 5-ից հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող, քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Վ.Ավդիանին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով»:
