«Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ հունիսի 24-ին Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ջրհեղեղի արդյունքում արթիկցիները մեծ վնասներ են կրել: ՀՀ կառավարությունը մինչև 4.6 մլն դրամ կհատկացնի հեղեղի հետևանքով տուժած յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի բնակարանները նորոգելու և խնդիրները վերացնելու համար: Սակայն արթիկցիները դժգոհ են կառավարության սահմանած փոխհատուցման չափից:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ը ԱԺ ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր, արթիկցի Մուշեղ Պետոյանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե նա ինչով է օգնել արթիկցիներին:
-Պարոն Պետոյան, Դուք կոնկրետ ինչո՞վ եք օգնել արթիկցիներին:
-Ես կոնկրետ ինչո՞վ կարող եմ օգնել: Ես օգնելու ի՞նչ տարբերակ ունեմ:
-Գուցե՞ դրամական աջակցություն եք ցուցաբերել:
-Միայն հոգեպես:
-Հոգեպե՞ս…
-Կողքներին եմ կանգնել: Ես ժողովրդի կողքին եմ, իրենց հետ եմ: Ամեն օր էլ ես իրենց հետ եմ: Մեր տունն էլ է ավերվել: Նույն վիճակում մեր տունն է: Ֆինանսական ինչ կարգի օգնություն կարող եմ ես տալ: Ես որտեղից գումար վեր ունեմ, որ իրենց տամ: Այս ամսվա աշխատավարձս բաժանելում եմ 12 տան վրա:
-Որքա՞ն է կազսմում Ձեր աշխատավարձը:
-600 հազար դրամ: Այդ նույն վիճակում էլ ես եմ: Այն 12 ընտանիքները, որոնք առավել շատ վնաս են կրել, նրանցից մեկն էլ մենք ենք: Այսինքն՝ իմ հայրական տան առաջին հարկի կիսով չափ ջուրը լցվեց, գույքը վնասվեց: Դուք տեղյա՞կ եք:
-Այսինքն՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը Ձեզ նույնպես փոխհատուցելու է, թե՞ հրաժարվելու եք կառավարության փոխհատուցումից՝ հորդորելով այն բաշխել մնացած տուժող ընտանիքներին:
-Ես չգիտեմ, դա ծնողներիս տունն է, իրենք կորոշեն:
