Անվտանգության սպառնալիքներից մեկը, որը մենք դիտարկում ենք, ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդլայնումն ու մեր պետությունների սահմաններին մոտենալն է: Այս մասին «Ինտեֆաքսին» ասել է ՀԱՊԿ-ում ՌԴ լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ, հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Վիկտոր Վասիլեւը, նշելով, որ դա արտացոլվելու է համապատասխան փաստաթղթում՝ Կազմակերպության մինչեւ 2025 –ի հավաքական անվտանգության ռազմավարությունում:
Վասիլեւի խոսքով, ռազմավարությունն ինքը կոնցեպտուալ փաստաթուղթ է, դրա համար էլ այն ընդհանուր առմամբ ամրագրում է անվտանգության այն սպառնալիքները, որոնց բախվում են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունները:
«Ինչ վերաբերում է արձագանքման որոշակի միջոցառումներին, ապա այդ հարցն օպերատիվ բնույթ ունի ու այն լուծվելու է մեր պետությունների կողմից ռազմավարության զարգացման ընթացքում՝ Դաշինքի գործողությունների հիման վրա: Ինչպես գիտեք, հուլիսի 8-9-ը Վարշավայում անցնելու է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթաժողովը, դրա համար էլ հիմա վաղաժամ է խոսել պատասխան քայլերի մասին: Ընդ որում հատուկ կշեշտեմ, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն իր առջեւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ առճակատման խնդիր չի դնում: Ռազմավարության նախագծում նշվում է, որ մենք բաց ենք բոլոր պետությունների ու կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության ու փոխգործակցության համար»,- նշել է ՀԱՊԿ-ում ՌԴ ներկայացուցիչը:
