Անջելինա Ջոլի
10 տարի աշխատելով որպես բարի կամքի դեսպան, վեց երեխաների մայր Անջելինա Ջոլին ներկայում ՄԱԿ-ում փախստականների, բնական աղետներից, պատերազմներից ու ճգնաժամերից տուժածների հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն է և հաճախ է լինում Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներում:
Շարլիզ Թերոն
Հոլիվուդյան աստղ Շարլիզ Թերոնը ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան է նշանակվել 2008 թ-ին: Նա օգնում է այն կանանց, ովքեր ենթարկվել են բռնության: Խնդիրն իրեն շատ ծանոթ է, քանի որ նրա հայրը հարբեցող էր և հաճախ էր ծեծի ենթարկում իրեն և մորը: Արդյունքում դերասանուհու մայրը պաշտպանվելիս դստեր աչքի առաջ սպանել է հորը:
Այշվարիա Ռայ
Նախկին «Միսս աշխարհ», L’ Oreal ընկերության դեմք, ինչպես նաև Հնդկաստանի ամենագեղեցիկ կանանցից մեկը՝ Այշվարիա Ռայը, ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան է հռչակվել անցյալ տարի:
Մարիա Շարապովա
Ռուս թենիսիստուհի Մարիա Շարապովան ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպանն է 2007թ-ից ի վեր, իսկ 2011 թ-ին Չեռնոբիլի աղետից տուժած տարածաշրջանում սպորտի զարգացման համար նա իր սեփական միջոցներից նվիրաբերել է 250 հազար դոլար:

Դերասանուհի Նաոմի Ուոթսը պայքարում է ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ 2006 թ-ից։ ՄԱԿ-ում իր գործունեության շրջանակներում նա նույնիսկ այցելել է Զամբիա:
Նիկոլ Քիդման
Հանրահայտ դերասանուհի Նիքոլ Քիդմանը ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան է 2006 թ-ից: Նա ջանքեր է ուղղում սեռական բռնության և կանանց նկատմամբ խտրականության դրսևորումների դեմ պայքարին։
Քրիստինա Ագիլերա
Երգչուհի Քրիստինա Ագիլերան ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան է 2010 թ-ից: Նա պայքարում է ամբողջ աշխարհում սովի դեմ։ Երգչուհուն հատկապես անհանգստացնում են երեխաները։
Շակիրա
Կոլումբիացի երգչուհի Շակիրան ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան է արդեն 10 տարի։ Նրա առաքելությունն է պայքարել Բանգլադեշում, Սալվադորում, Հնդկաստանում և Հարավային Աֆրիկայում երեխաների իրավունքների ոտնահարման դեմ։
Օդրի Հեփբերն
Օդրի Հեփբերնը ՄԱԿ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպանն է եղել 1988-1993 թթ-ին։ Այդ տարիներին նա այցելել է Սուդան, Եթովպիա և Սոմալի՝ փորձելով տեղի երեխաներին պաշտպանել սովից ու աղքատությունից։
Լիա Կեբեդե
Եթովպիացի մոդել Լիա Կեբեդեն 2005 թ-ից զբաղեցնում է Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության դեսպանի պաշտոնը։ Նա զբաղվում է հարցերով, որոնք վերաբերվում են մայրական և մանկան մահացություններին, ինչպես նաև պայքարում դրանց պատճառների դեմ։
