Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների, կառավարման համակարգի և այլ հարցերի շուրջ Past.am-ը զրուցել է իրավապաշտպան Պուշկին Սերոբյանի հետ:

- Ձեր կարծիքով՝ այսօր կա՞ այս փոփոխությունների հրատապ անհրաժեշտությունը:

- Օրինակ՝ ես չունեմ ո՛չ շոր, ո՛չ կոշիկ, և դուք ինձ կոշիկ եք տալիս, այդ կոշիկն ինչո՞ւ չվերցնեմ: Սկզբում ընդդիմադիրներն իրենց ծրագրերում նույնպես մտցրել էին շատ կետեր, որոնք ներառված են նաև այս փոփոխությունների մեջ: Այսօր, երբ դրանք առաջարկում են հանրապետականները, նրանք մերժում են: Հետո ասում են՝ չենք կարդացել, բայց քանի որ այս իշխանություններն են առաջարկում, ուրեմն դեմ ենք: Իհարկե, սխալներ էլ կլինեն այս նախագծի մեջ, սակայն որոշ քննադատների մոտեցումները ևս ճիշտ չեն:
