Դավութօղլուն կառավարություն ձևավորելու լիազորությունը կհանձնի Էրդողանին

Թուրքիայի վարչապետ եւ իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) առաջնորդ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն, որին այդպես էլ չհաջողվեց հուլիսի 9-ին իրեն տրված 40 օրերի ընթացքում կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձեւավորել խորհրդարան անցած ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների հետ, այսօր այդ լիազորությունը պետք է հանձնի երկրի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը' վկայակոչելով «Անադոլու» լրատվական գործակալությունը, Թուրքիայի սահմանադրության համաձայն' կոալիցիոն կառավարությունը ձեւավորվում է ընտրություններից հետո նախագահի կողմից սահմանված 45 օրերի ընթացքում, եւ վերջին 5 օրերին Էրդողանը պետք է հրապարակի մինչեւ արտահերթ ընտրություններ Թուրքիայի ժամանակավոր կառավարության կազմը:
Հուլիսի 9-ից հետո Էրդողանի կողմից նոր կառավարություն ձեւավորելու լիազորությամբ օժտված Դավութօղլուն բանակցություններ է անցկացրել խորհրդարան անցած ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդահանրապետական (ԺՀԿ), Ազգայնական շարժում (ԱՇԿ) քրդական Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական (ԺԴԿ) կուսակցությունների առաջնորդների հետ: Հրաժարվելուվ ԺԴԿ-ի հետ կոալիցիայի հնարավորությունից' Քուրդիստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության հետ իբր վերջինիս համագործակցելու համար, Դավութօղլուին չի հաջողվել կոալիցիայի հարցում համաձայնության գալ նաեւ ԺՀԿ-ի եւ ԱՇԿ-ի հետ:
Կառավարություն ձեւավորելու լիազորությունը ստանձնելուց 40 օր հետո' օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետի ավարտին 5 օր մնացած, Դավութօղլուն իր լիազորությունն այսօր պետք է հանձնի Էրդողանին:
Այդ նպատակով Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու հանդիպումը պետք է տեղի ունենա այսօր տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 19:30-ին Թուրքիայի նախագահի նոր' Սպիտակ պալատում:
Հունիսի 7-ին անցկացված խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում անհրաժեշտ պատգամավորական տեղեր չզբաղեցնելու պատճառով ԱԶԿ-ն զրկվել էր միանձնյա կառավարություն ձեւավորելու իրավունքից:
Թուրքիայի սահմանադրության համաձայն' առաջիկա 5 օրերի ընթացքում Էրդողանը պետք է ժամանակավոր կառավարություն կազմի եւ հայտարարի արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մասին: Ժամանակավոր կառավարությունը պետք է գործի մինչեւ արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո նոր կառավարության կազմի հրապարակումը:
Ենթադրվում է, որ Թուրքիայում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան ընթացիկ տարվա նոյեմբերի վերջին:
