Հայաստանը ցանցային պատրաստվածությամբ բարելավել է դիրքը աշխարհում՝ զբաղեցնելով 56-րդ հորիզոնականը

Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումի «Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների համաշխարհային զեկույց 2016»-ի համաձայն Հայաստանը ցանցային պատրաստվածության ցուցիչով աշխարհում 56-րդն է 139 երկրների շարքում: «Տնտեսություն և արժեքներ» հետազոտական կենտրոնի ներկայացրած զեկույցի համաձայն` նախորդ տարվա համ եմատ Հայաստանը բարելավել է իր դիրքը 2 տեղով:
Հայաստանը հիմնականում բարելավել է դիրքը մատչելիության հենասյունով՝ լայնաշերտ ինտերնետի և բջջային կապի կանխավճարային սակագների նվազման արդյունքում: Հայաստանի գնահատականները զգալիորեն բարձր են ցածրից միջին եկամուտներ ունեցող երկրների արդյունքների համեմատ։ Ուշագրավ առավելություններից է հեռախոսային կապի և համացանցի ոլորտում մրցակցության և բջջային կապի ծածկույթի բարձր մակարդակը: Հայաստանի հիմնական ուժեղ կողմերից են շարունակում մնալ ձեռնարկությունների գրանցման հետ կապված հիմնական գործընթացների դյուրինությու նը, ինչպես նաև բարձր գրագիտությունը և հարկերի ընդհանուր ցածր դրույքը: Ամենախնդրահարույց ոլորտներից են պայմանագրերի կիրարկումը, աշխատակազմի վերապատրաստման մակարդակը և կառավարման դպրոցների ցածր որակը։ Առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաների պետական գնումների և բիզնեսի կողմից դրանց յուրացումը շարունակում են տեղ գրավել Հայաստանի ուշագրավ թերությունների շարքում: Հայաստանի դիրքը գրեթե չի փոփոխվել ըստ բաղադրիչների՝ բացառությամբ պատրաստվածության բաղադրիչի 1 տեղով բարելավման։
ԱՊՀ երկրները, Ուկրաինան և Վրաստանը դրական տեղաշարժ են արձանագրել՝ բացառությամբ Ռուսաստանի, որի դիրքը նույնն է մնացել: Առավել էական բարելավում է արձանագրվել Ուկրաինայում (+7): Ադրբեջանը բարելավել է իր դիրքը 4 տեղով՝ զբաղեցնելով 53-րդ հորիզոնականը, իսկ Վրաստանը՝ 2 տեղով և զբաղեցրել 58-րդ հորիզոնականը։
ՀՏՖ-ի գնահատականներով` Սինգապուրը, Ֆինլանդիան և Շվեդիան շարունակում են առաջատար դիրքեր զբաղեցնել ցանցային պատրաստվածության վարկանիշով: Վարկանիշային առաջին հնգյակը եզրափակում են Նորվեգիան և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները: Զեկույցում գնահատվել է 139 երկրների ՏՏ մրցունակությունը:
«Տնտեսություն և արժեքներ» հետազոտական կենտրոնը Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումի (ՀՏՖ) Համաշխարհային մրցունակության կենտրոնի գործընկեր կազմակերպությունն է Հայաստանում:
Նշյալ զեկույցի հիմքում ընկած է ցանցային պատրաստվածության համաթիվը, որը ցույց է տալիս երկրների տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումներին մասնակցելու և դրանցից օգտվելու պատրաստվածության աստիճանը, ինչն էլ նպաստում է մրցունակության բարձրացմանը:
