Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Հերբերտ Զալբերը քննարկել են ԼՂ հակամարտության վերջին զարգացումները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հուլիսի 6-ին ընդունել է Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Հերբերտ Զալբերին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցությանն ու հարաբերությունների զարգացման ընթացքին, նաև մտքեր են փոխանակել Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումներից հետո ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումների, ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ու գործընթացն առաջ մղելու հեռանկարի վերաբերյալ:

Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի համապարփակ կարգավորման համար բարենպաստ մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու Եվրամիության հանձնառությունը և տարածաշրջանում տևական խաղաղություն ու կայունություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ ջանքերը:

Հյուրի խնդրանքով Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի կողմից, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ, հիմնախնդրի լուծմանը խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով հասնելու ջանքերը և վստահեցրել, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է շարունակել կառուցողական քայլերն ու համագործակցությունը՝ ի նպաստ խաղաղության հաստատման ու տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ապահովման:

ՀՀ Նախագահը և ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը համակարծիք են եղել, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ երկկողմ հարաբերությունները դինամիկ զարգանում են, և այդ զարգացման շարժիչ ուժը երկկողմ քաղաքական կամքն ու հանձնառությունն են: Զրուցակիցները հույս են հայտնել, որ ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցություններն առաջիկա ամիսներին հաջողությամբ կավարտվեն:
