Օգոստոսի 18-ին Զինված ուժերի զորամասերում հանդիսավորությամբ տրվեց 2015 թվականի ամառային ուսումնական փուլի մեկնարկը: Այդ կապակցությամբ զորամասերում անցկացված հանդիսավոր միտինգներին մասնակցել է ՊՆ, ԶՈՒ, ԶՈՒ ԳՇ ղեկավար կազմը՝ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Ուսումնական փուլի մեկնարկի օրը կրկնակի տոնական ու նշանակալից էր 3-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման հրետանային զորամասերից մեկի անձնակազմի համար: Զորամասին հանձնվում էր մարտական դրոշ:  Զինվորական փառքի, պատվի եւ արիության խորհրդանիշը՝ մարտական դրոշը հրամկազմին հանձնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Շնորհավորելով սպաներին եւ զինվորներին՝ պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ մարտական դրոշը յուրաքանչյուր զինծառայողի համար հայրենիքին անմնացորդ ծառայելու, հայրենի հողի յուրաքանչյուր թիզը արիաբար պաշտպանելու սրբազան պարտքի հիշեցում է:

Նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հույս հայտնեց նաեւ, որ նոր կիսամյակը՝ իբրեւ նախորդների շարունակություն, հաջողություններով լի կլինի եւ ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումներն իրենց առաջադրված խնդիրները հետայսու եւս պատվով կկատարեն: Ըստ այդմ՝ լավ հիմքերի վրա դրված ուսումնական գործընթացը շարունակական ու հաստատուն ընթացք կունենա:

Շնորհավորական խոսքով հանդես եկավ նաեւ զորամասի հրամանատար Ռուբեն Գասպարյանը: Նա հավաստիացրեց, որ հավատարիմ մնալով զինվորական երդմանը եւ մարտական դրոշին՝ այսուհետ եւս արվելու է առավելագույնը՝ զորամասի մարտական պատրաստականությունն ու մարտունակության մակարդակը մշտապես բարձրացնելու համար:

Ելույթներով հանդես եկան նաեւ Տավուշի մարզի թեմի առաջնորդ Բագրատ եպիսկոպոս Գալստյանը, վետերանների միության նախագահ Լեւոն Վարանյանը եւ այլք:

Խորհրդանշական օրը հանդիսավոր միջոցառում էր կազմակերպվել նաեւ ԶՈւ ավիացիոն զորամասերից մեկում, որին ներկա էին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը եւ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը: Այստեղ էլ ուսումնական փուլի մեկնարկի օրը համընկել էր ավիացիոն տրանսպորտային էսկադրիլիայի կազմավորման տարեդարձի հետ: Տոնական օրվա առթիվ շնորհավորելով ներկաներին եւ խոսելով ռազմական ավիացիայի ներուժի մասին՝ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը բանակաշինության եւ ազգային բանակի մարտունակության բարձրացման համատեքստում կարեւորեց ռազմական եւ քաղավիացիայի օդաչուների, օդային ճանապարհով ռազմական նշանակության բեռների փոխադրումներ իրականանցնող ավիացիոն տրանսպորտային էսկադրիլիայի դերակատարությունը:

Հանդիսավոր միտինգի ավարտին բեռների եւ սպառազինության տեղափոխման աշխատանքները բարձր մակարդակով իրականացնելու, միջազգային տարբեր միջոցառումներին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալու, ինչպես նաեւ բանակաշինության գործում ունեցած նշանակալի ավանդի համար զինվորական եւ քաղավիացիայի մի շարք ծառայողներ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի հրամանով խրախուսվեցին պատվոգրերով, գերատեսչական մեդալներով եւ դրամական պարգեւներով:
