1. Ներքին ազատության զգացում
Ձեզ մոտ ամեն ինչ լավ է, եթե դուք զգում եք, որ ձեր կյանքը ենթարկվում է ղեկին, և այդ ղեկը ձեր ձեռքերում է: Երբ ուզում եք, սեղմում եք գազը, երբ ուզում եք, կանգնում եք ու հանգստանում: Դուք կարող եք ունենալ ձեր կարծիքը և նույնիսկ հանգիստ ասել այն: Եվ դուք չեք անհանգստանում, եթե ուրիշները այլ կարծիք ունեն: Ձեզ ընդհանրապես պետք չէ շտապ համոզել սխալվող մարդկանց: Դուք գիտեք, որ ցանկացած պահի կարող եք թեքվել ճանապարհից և նույնիսկ, եթե ուզեք, կգնաք հակառակ ուղղությամբ:
2. Հանգիստ խորքային ուրախություն
Դուք հաճույք եք զգում ոչ միայն փոքրիկ առօրյա ուրախություններից, այլև դուք զգում եք ուրախություն, որը գալիս է ձեր հոգու ամենախորքից: Եվ այդ ուրախությունը ոչ մի անհարթություն չի ծածկի ու չի փչացնի: Ինչպես որ մեծ գետի հոսքը չի խանգարի նրա մեջ ընկնող փոքրիկ քարը: Կյանքի հոսքը տանում է ձեզ, և դուք լողում եք նրա հետ: Ձեզ հետ տեղի են ունենում ինչ-որ իրադարձություններ, հանդիպումներ, նախագծեր, բայց այդ ամենը անցնում են ափերով և ոչ մի կերպ չեն ծածկում կյանքի մոգական հոսքի զգացողությունը:
3. Դուք խաղում եք ձեր դերը
Եթե պատկերացնենք, որ կյանքը բեմ է, մարդիկ՝ դերասաններ, ապա այդ պիեսում դուք խաղում եք հենց ձեր դերը: Ձեզ պետք չէ խաղալ ավելի հաջողակ, ավելի համարձակ մարդ, քան դուք կաք իրականում: Պետք չէ ստեղծել իդեալական հերոս: Դուք խաղում եք միայն ձեզ:
Եթե դուք հոգնել եք, հիասթափվել կամ սխալվել, ապա դուք կարող եք բացարձակ հանգիստ խոստովանել դա:
4. Ես կանեմ
Հենց որ ինչ-որ բան ուզեք, դուք չեք մտածի այն մասին, թե ինչ լավ կլիներ, եթե…
Բացարձակապես՝ ոչ: Դուք կմտածեք միայն այն մասին, թե ինչպես եք դա անելու: Իսկ կասկած չկա, որ դուք դա կանեք։
5.Այսօր տոն է… Ինչպես և ամեն օր
Այսօր թարմ հացի տոնն է, կամ ոչ, ավելի շուտ սուրճի: Իսկ գուցե այսօր մեղմիկ քամու և օրորվող ծառերի՞ տոնն է: Բայց ինչո՞ւ տոնը պետք է ունենա միայն մեկ պառճառ կամ ընդհանրապես պետք է պատճառ ունենա: Դրա համար էլ այսօր թարմ հացի, ուրախ անձրևի և հետաքրքիր շփման տոնն է: Դուք ուզում եք ավելի լո՞ւրջ պատճառ: Դուք ապրում եք, մի՞թե դա բավարար պատճառ չէ տոնի համար:
