Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը Կովկասի բնության հիմնադրամի տնօրենի հետ քննարկել է էկոզբոսաշրջության զարգացման հեռանկարները

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արամայիս Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է Կովկասի բնության հիմնադրամի (CNF) տնօրեն Ջեով Ջիակոմինիին և ազգային համակարգող Արման Վերմիշյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են ՀՀ բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների (ԲՀՊՏ) ենթակառուցվածքների կատարելագործման, նյութատեխնիկական կարիքների համալրման, ԲՀՊՏ-ների կառավարման պլանների, էկոտուրիզմի զարգացման և այլ հարցեր:
Անդրադառնալով «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի 2016-26թթ. կառավարման պլանին՝ CNF Հայաստանի ազգային համակարգող Արման Վերմիշյանը նշել է, որ հաշվի են առնվել շահագրգիռ կառույցների կողմից ներկայացված կարծիքներն ու առաջարկները, այս պահին անցնում է շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման փորձաքննություն և լիարժեք կերպով պատրաստ կլինի կիրառման:
Քննարկելով ԲՀՊՏ-ների նյութատեխնիկական կարիքները և ԲՀՊՏ-ներում ապօրինի անտառհատման և էկոհամակարգի վրա բացասական ազդեցության նվազեցման հարցերը՝ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը մասնավորապես ընդգծել է, որ ԲՀՊՏ-ների հարակից համայնքների ազգաբնակչությունն ունի վառելիքի խնդիր, ինչը դրդում է նրանց ապօրինի ծառահատման. «Սա հնարավոր է կարգավորել Դիլիջանում՝ անտառի թափուկի, իսկ Սևանում՝ ջրածածկ տարածքներից հանված անտառտնկարկների վերամշակման միջոցով: Անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումների ներդրմամբ հնարավոր կլինի տեղում ստանալ այլընտրանքային վառելիք և նվազեցնել ապօրինի անտառհատման դեպքերը ԲՀՊՏ-ներում: Բնապահպանական այս կարևոր միջոցառումը կնպաստի ինչպես էկոհամակարգի պահպանությանը, այնպես էլ որոշ չափով կթեթևացնի համայնքների բնակիչների սոցիալական խնդիրը»:
Կողմերը քննարկել են նաև ԲՀՊՏ-ներում էկոզբոսաշրջության զարգացման խթանման հեռանկարները: Այս համատեքստում նախարար Գրիգորյանը շեշտել է համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքների կատարելագործման և հզորացման հարցը՝ մասնավորապես ընդգծելով ԲՀՊՏ-ների փոխկապակցված և համալիր գործողությունների մշակման, էկոերթուղիներում ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման և զբոսաշրջային ծառայությունների ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը:
