Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացրել է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ  հանդիպման արդյունքները: ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Դուք տեղյակ եք, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարները հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, որն աջակցություն էÖ € Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը: Նրանք վերահաստատում են այն, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի  ինքնորոշումն այլընտրանք չունի, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափը փոփոխության ենթակա չէ, Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքից կոչելը:  Դուք գիտեք նաև, որ Վիեննայում նախագահների մակարդակով հանդիպման ժամանակ  միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդրման մասին պայմանավորվածություն էր ձեռք բերվել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Շարմազանովը:  ՀԱՊԿ ԱԳ նախարարներ ը սատարում են Հայաստանին և ցույց են տալիս Ադրբեջանին,

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը հավելեց, որ այս հայտարարությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը չի համընկնում Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշման հետ: Նրա խոսքով` սա արդյունք է ՀՀ նախագահի ճկուն ու նաև խիստ քաղաքականության հետ: «Մենք տեսանք, որ թե Ղազախստանը, որը եղել են դեպքեր, երբ սատարել է Ադրբեջանին, թե ՀԱՊԿ անդամ մյուս երկրները ևս մեկ անգամ սատարեցին և աջակցեցին Հայաստանին: Հույս ունենանք, որ այդ երկրների պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը կշարունակի մնալ այն, ինչ հայտարարել են արտաքին գործերի  նախարարները Երևանում»,- եզրաակեց Շարմազանովը:

Երևանում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստի արդյունքներով ընդունվել է համատեղ հայտարարություն ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ: Հայտարարության մեջ կողմերը վերահաստատում են, որ ԼՂ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումն այլընտրանք չունի, հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահության ձևաչափն անփոփոխ է, ինչպես նաև վերահաստատել են Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում նախագահների հանդիպումների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
