Շարմազանովն Ալիևին ցույց է տալիս Ստեփանակերտում Ադրբեջանի դրոշ տեղադրելու միակ ճանապարհը

 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի երեք համանախագահների դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հիմնական սկզբունքների շուրջ համընկնում է: ՀՀԿ  ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Երեք համանախագահներն էլ գտնում են, որ թիվ մեկ խնդիրը խաղաղությունն է, և մենք պետք է կարողանանք Հայաստանում, Ադրբեջանում և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում մեր հասարակություններին պատրաստենք ոչ թե պատերազմի, այլ խաղաղության: Մեզ համար նույնպես առաջնային է խաղաղության ամրապնդումը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Նա հավելեց, որ հայկական կողմի համար կարևոր և առաջնային է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրացումը հանրաքվեի միջոցով: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որևէ կարգավիճակով չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է կարողանա իրացնել իր ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: Այս իմաստով կարգավիճակի և ինքնորոշման հարցը մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է, ինչպես նաև կարևոր է խաղաղությունը: Մենք ձգտելու ենք հասնել խաղաղության և գտնում ենք, որ տարածաշրջանը դրանից միայն կշահի, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ դա պետք է լինի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ամբողջական իրացման պարագայում: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է ունենա իր ճակատագիրը ինքնուրույն որոշելու հնարավորություն»,- ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Նա Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին կոչ արեց հույսեր չփայփայել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը կարող է երբևէ լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Նա ընդգծեց, որ ԼՂ-ն չի եղել, չկա ու չի լինելու Բաքվի տիրապետության տակ: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում Ադրբեջանի դրոշ տեղադրելու մեկ տարբերակ կա` Ադրբեջանը ճանաչում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը և անկախ պետության մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում բացում է Ադրբեջանի դեսպանությունը: Այլ տարբերակ չկա, եթե նրանք այդքան շատ են ցանկանում տեսնել իրենց երկրի դրոշը Շուշիում կամ Ստեփանակերտում, դա միակ տար բերակն է»,- ընդգծեց Շարմազանովը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահն անդրադարձավ նաև ԱՄՆ և ՌԴ նախագահների հեռախոսազրույցին, որում քննարկվել է ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցը: Նա նշեց, որ դրական են գնահատում Պուտինի և Օբամայի հեռախոսազրույցը, որովհետև ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարներ ունեն համահունչ դիրքորոշում ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում: Այսինքն, այն կարծիքը, որ ղարաբաղյան հարցում ռուս-ամերիկյան հակասություններ կան, այդպես չէ: Գոնե պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ թե ՌԴ-ն,  թե ԱՄՆ-ն բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման կողմնակից են, իսկ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր  Պուտին կազմակերպած  հանդիպումները չեն հակասում Մինսկի խմբի ձևաչափին: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման  հարցում հրապարակային մակարդակով ռուս-ամերիկյան դիրքորոշումները միմյանց չեն հակասում»,- եզրափակեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
