Անդրադառնալով օպերային թատրոնի գխավոր դիրիժորի կրճատված հաստիքին՝ Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Արզումանյանը նշեց, որ եթե կա գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, ապա պարտադիր չէ գլխավոր դիրիժորի հաստիքը:

Արզումանյանը հիշեցրեց՝ նորանշանակ գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանն ունի դիրիժորի մասնագիտություն:

Տնօրենը հավելեց. «Գլխավոր դիրիժորն ու գեղարվեստական ղեկավարը նույն գործառույթներն են կատարում: Մեր թատրոնը յոթ տարի չի ունեցել գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, եղել է միայն գլխավոր դիրիժոր: 2015-ին նշանակվեց գեղարվեստական ղեկավար: Երկու գեներալ չեն կարող նստած լինել մի ձիու վրա»:

Պարոն Արզումանյանի խոսքով՝ սա պայմանավորված չէ Կարեն Դուրգարյանի անձով, նրա առաջ բաց են թատրոնի դռները:

Հիշեցնենք, երբ նախորդ տարի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար նշանակվեց անվանի արտիստ Գեղամ Գրիգորյանը, հանվեց գլխավոր դիրիժորի պաշտոնը: Գլխավոր դիրիժոր Կարեն Դուրգարյանը հրաժարվեց աշխատել որպես ուղղակի դիրիժոր և հեռացավ թատրոնից:

Ինչպես հայտնի է,այս տարվա մարտին կյանքից հեռացավ անվանի օպերային երգիչ (տենոր) և բեմադրիչ, Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Գեղամ Գրիգորյանը: 2016թ. հունիսի 3-ին թատրոնի կառավարման խորհրդի առաջարկով և թատրոնի տնօրեն Ա. Արզումանյանի հրամանով նշանավոր դիրիժոր Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանը նշանակվեց գեղարվեստական ղեկավարի պաշտոնում:

«Օրբելյանն այս տարի արդեն ծրագրված գործեր ուներ, նա չի կարող ողջ ժամանակ լինել Հայաստանում: Բայց դժվար չի լինի այստեղ գալ և գնալ պարբերաբար:Մենք արդեն կաշխատենք նրա մշակած ծրագրով»,- տեղեկացրեց Անդրանիկ Արզումանյանը: Բանախոսն ընդգծեց, որ Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանի միջազգային համբավն ու կապերը մեծ օգուտ են տալիս թատրոնին նրա նշանակման առաջին իսկ օրվանից:

Վերջում նշենք, որ թատրոնի ստեղծագործական կազմը սեպտեմբերին կանցնի ատեստացիա: Հնարավոր է նաև նվագախմբի մեծացում:
