Արցախը կհրապարակի աշխարհասփյուռ հայության փոխանցած գումարների ծախսերի հաշվետվությունը

Արցախի կառավարությունը հուլիսի 11-ին կհրապարակի ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո ԼՂՀ-ում բացված հատուկ հաշվեհամարին փոխանցված գումարների ծախսերի եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունը՝ ընդհանուր տվյալներով՝ առանց բացահայտելու ռազմական գաղտնիք պարունակող մասերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ԼՂՀ կառավարությա մամուլի խոսնակ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը` հիշեցնելով, որ հուլիսի 8-ին Ազգային ժողովին է ներկայացվել ԱՀ կառավարության օպերատիվ շտաբի գործունեության հաշվետվությունը:
«Հատկապես նրանք, ովքեր հատուկ հաշվեհամարի գումարների ծախսման մասով անվստահություն ունեն կառավարության հանդեպ, պետք է հաշվի առնեն, որ ԱԺ-ին (այդ թվում՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին) են ներկայացվել բազմաթիվ մանրամասներ, որոնք կրում են գաղտնի տեղեկատվություն: Սա նշանակում է, որ պատգամավորները կարող են ամբողջությամբ վերահսկել ծախսերը և, որևէ խնդիր նկատելիս, բարձրաձայնել դրա մասին: Կառավարությունը պարբերաբար հրապարակում է հատուկ հաշվեհամարի մուտքերի հաշվետվությունը, իսկ հուլիսի 11-ին կհրապարակի ծախսերի եռամսյակÕ �յին հաշվետվությունը՝ ընդհանուր տվյալներով՝ առանց բացահայտելու ռազմական գաղտնիք պարունակող մասերը: Ավելին՝ մոտակա ժամանակահատվածում հատուկ հաշվեհամարի գումարներով կատարված աշխատանքները ներկայացնելու ենք նաև մի շարք հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչների, ովքեր վստահություն են վայելում հասարակության շրջանում»,-հայտարարում է Բեգլարյանը:
Ապրիլի առաջին օրերին, ԼՂՀ դեմ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային արձագանքելու նպատակով, ստեղծվել է կառավարությաննառընթեր օպերատիվ շտաբ, որը համակարգել է այդ օրերին աշխարհի տարբեր կողմերից Արցախ առաքվող դրամական,նյութական և այլ կարգի օգնությունները: Դրամական փոխանցումները կազմել են 4 մլրդ 562 մլն 175 հազար դրամ: Հուլիսի 1-իդրությամբ՝ ստացված գումարի շուրջ 50 տոկոսը ծախսվել է, որից հատկացումներ են կատարվել ինժեներական աշխատանքներիիրականացման և զորակոչված քաղաքացիների դրամական փոխհատուցման համար:
