Զորամասի պահեստապետը 17 միլիոն դրամի շինարարական նյութ է յուրացրել

Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ զորամասի ռազմատեխնիկական գույքի պահեստի պետի կողմից պահեստից պարբերաբար գողություն կատարելու փաստի առթիվ:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից, ավագ ենթասպա Արտաշես Այվազյանը 2013թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ից զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ռազմատեխնիկական գույքի պահեստի պետի պաշտոնը: Վերջինս պատասխանատու էր պահեստում նյութական միջոցների առկայության եւ ժամանակին հաշվառման համար, պարտավոր էր հետեւել այդ միջոցների առկայությանը, բացառել դրանց պակասորդները, վարել պահեստում գտնվող նյութական միջոցների քանակական հաշվառում:
Արտաշես Այվազյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով վարչատնտեսական լիազորություններով օժտված պաշտոնատար անձ՝ պաշտոնական դիրքն օգտագործելով, տվյալ պաշտոնում ծառայության նշանակվելու օրվանից մինչեւ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 13-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, պարբերաբար պահեստից դուրս է բերել իրեն հանձնված, պահեստում պահվող եւ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ մարտական պատրաստության վարչությանը պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 17 միլիոն 550 հազար դրամին համարժեք տարբեր տեսակի մալուխներ, թիրախներ, ամբարձիչներ, մետաղական խողովակներ, յուղաներկեր, մետաղական ճոպաններ եւ յուրացրել դրանք: Բացի այդ՝ վերադաս հրամանատարության մոտ իր ծառայողական պարտականությունները անթերի, ճիշտ եւ ժամանակին կատարող զինծառայողի պատրանք ստեղծելու նպատակով՝ յուրաքանչյուր ամիս պահեստներում պահվող ապրանքանյութական արժեքների վերաբերյալ կազմել է ակնհայտ կեղծ հաշվետվություններ: Նախկին զինվորականը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի (Յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը) երրորդ մասի առաջին կետով եւ 314-րդ հոդվածի (Պաշտոնեական կեղծիքը) առաջին մաով:
Առաջինը նախատեսում է չորսից ութ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա: Իսկ երկրորդն էլ՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, կամ մեկից երկու տարի ժամկետով ուղղիչ աշխատանքներ, կամ մեկից երեք ամիս ժամկետով կալանք, կամ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում: Վերջինս գրավի դիմաց բաց է թողնվել:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
