 Միացյալ Նահանգները պատրաստ է աջակցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին թվիթերյան իր միկրոբլոգում գրառում է կատարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ԱՄՆ համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը:

«ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին խոսել է նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ: Բոլորն էլ մերժում են պատերազմը և հաստատել են հանձնառությունը բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ: ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստ է օգնելու»,- գրել է Ուորլիքը:

Աշխատանքային այցով ԼեհաստանիՀանրապետությունում գտնվող Նախագահ ՍերժՍարգսյանը հուլիսի 8-ի երեկոյան ՆԱՏՕ-իգագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում հանդիպումէ ունեցել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի հետ:Հանդիպման սկզբում Հանրապետության Նախագահը ցավակցություն է հայտնել պետքարտուղար Քերիին` ԱՄՆ Տեխաս նահանգիԴալլաս քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքի կապակցությամբ:

ՀՀ Նախագահը և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը քննարկել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:Նախագահ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել Միացյալ Նահանգների` որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրիշարունակական ջանքերը` ուղղված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության ապահովմանը: Հանդիպման առիթովՍերժ Սարգսյանը ևս մեկ անգամ իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել < /i>պետքարտուղար Քերիին` Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԼՂ-ինկատմամբ սանձազերծված ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի պատճառով հակամարտության գոտում ստեղծված լարված իրավիճակից դուրսգալուն միտված գործուն քայլերի համար, նաև որոնց արդյունքում կայացան Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումներն ուընդունվեցին համատեղ հայտարարություններ:
