ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուղերձ է հղել «Ոսկե ծիրան» միջազգային կինոփառատոնին։ 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է. «Ջերմորեն ողջունում եմ «Ոսկե ծիրան» միջազգային կինոփառատոնի կազմակերպիչներին, մասնակիցներին և հյուրերին: 

Ուրախալի է, որ արդեն 13-րդ անգամ Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքը դառնում է նման կարևոր մշակութային իրադարձության կենտրոն: Ավելորդ է խոսել ժամանակակից աշխարհում կինոյի ունեցած դերի և նշանակության մասին: Սակայն ավելորդ չէ կրկին ընդգծել մեր նվիրվածությունը մշակութային ու քաղաքակրթական այն հզոր ալիքին, որ կոչվում է համաշխարհային կինեմատոգրաֆ: Ավելորդ չէ նաև կրկին շեշտել մեր հավատարմությունը հայ կինոյին և նրա ավանդույթներին, քանզի կինոն հասարակության նորոգման, արժեքների վերաիմաստավորման ու արդիականացման լուրջ խթան ու բաղադրիչ է: 

«Ոսկե ծիրանը» յուրօրինակ պատուհան է դեպի աշխարհ ոչ միայն հայ հանդիսատեսի, այլև մասնագետների համար: Մշակութային-հոգևոր առումով այն նաև փորձառությամբ, գիտելիքով, գեղագիտությամբ և արվեստով հարստանալու արդյունավետ ճանապարհ է: Ահա «Ոսկե ծիրանի» մեծագույն առաքելությունն ու խորհուրդը: 

Կրկին ողջունում եմ «Ոսկե ծիրան» 13-րդ միջազգային կինոփառատոնը՝ մաղթելով հաջողություն և լեփ-լեցուն դահլիճներ, իսկ մասնակիցներին և հյուրերին՝ անմոռանալի տպավորություններ»:
