Ձմերուկի կորիզից թեյ պատրաստելու համար 4ճ/գ մանրացրած թարմ կորիզի վրա լցրեք 2լ ջուր և եփեք 15 րոպե: Այս թեյը պետք է խմել 2 շաբաթ: Ապա գործողությունը կարելի է կրկնել 2 շաբաթ անց:
