Կորիզի մեջ առկա ցիտրուլին կոչվող տարրն ազդում է հակաօքսիդանտի նման: Այն լայնացնում է արյունատար անոթները և իջեցնում զարկերակային ճնշումը: Գիտնականների տվյալներով՝ կորիզը շատ լավ է երիկամների և լեղուղիների համար:

Ձմերուկի կորիզը պարունակում է մագնեզիում, վիտամիններ A,B,C, երկաթ, կալցիում և այլ տարրեր:
Ձմերուկի կորիզից թեյ պատրաստելու համար 4ճ/գ մանրացրած թարմ կորիզի վրա լցրեք 2լ ջուր և եփեք 15 րոպե: Այս թեյը պետք է խմել 2 շաբաթ: Ապա գործողությունը կարելի է կրկնել 2 շաբաթ անց:
