ՀԱՊԿ թուրքախոս երկրները բացահայտորեն համաձայն չեն պաշտոնական Բաքվի դիրքորոշման հետ։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին հուլիսի 11-ին ասել է ՀՀ խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։
Նա ուշադրություն է դարձրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ Ղազախստանում միշտ չեն պաշտպանել ՀԱՊԿ պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը։ Այդուհանդերձ նա միացել է հուլիսի 4-ին ՀԱՊԿ պաշտոնական հայտարարությանը, որում հստակ անհամաձայնություն էր հայտնած Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությանը։ Խոսք է եղել նաեւ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի եւ բանակցություններում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ միջնորդ ձեւաչափում ցանկացած փոփոխության անթույլատրելիության եւ Վիեննայի ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի համաձայնագրերի մասին։ Այլ խոսքով՝ անմիջականորեն պաշտպանվել է այն դիրքորոշումը, որը զբաղեցնում է Հայաստանը։
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՀԱՊԿ Խորհրդի նիստում դժգոհել է որոշ գործընկերների պահվածքից։ Նրանք անգամ չեն հետաքրքրվել, թե ինչ վիճակում է իրենց դաշնակիցը։
«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ նման վերաբերմունքը արդյունք է տվել՝ մեր նախագահի խիստ եւ ճկուն քաղաքականության շնորհիվ։ Հուսանք, որ ապագայում Ղազախստանը եւ, ինչու ոչ, Բելառուսը, պաշտոնական հայտարարություններում կվկայակոչեն հայտարարությունը, որը ստորագրել են նրանց արտգործնախարարները»,– ասել է Շարմազանովը։
