Քննիչները մեղադրանք են առաջադրել մեկ անձի սպանած, ևս երկուսի նկատմամբ մահափորձ կատարած տղամարդուն

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 31-ամյա Վլադիկ Մարտիրոսյանին՝ Կարինե Մանսուրյանի սպանության, Թագուհի և Վաչագան Մանսուրյանների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու համար։  Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի եպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով, «Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016թ. հուլիսի 08-ին՝ ժամը 04-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Սողոմոն Տարոնցի նրբանցքի 7-րդ շենքի  աստիճանահարթակում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 1985թ. ծնված Վ.Մարտիրոսյանը կացնով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել Կարինե, Թագուհի և Վաչագան Մանսուրյանների մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի արդյունքում 1952թ. ծնված Կարինե Մանսուրյանը մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Վ.Մարտիրոսյանը, լարված փոխհարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվելով իր նախկին կնոջ` Թագուհի Մանսուրյանի և վերջինիս ծնողներ Վաչագան ու Կարինե Մանսուրյանների հետ, 2016թ. հուլիսի 08-ին՝ ժամը 04-ի սահմաններում, վիճաբանել է նրանց հետ, որի ընթացքում կացնով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել Կ.Մանսուրյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի հետևանքով վերջինս մահացել է։

Նույն վիճաբանության ժամանակ կացնով բազմաթիվ  հարվածներ են հասցվել նաև Թագուհի և Վաչագան Մանսուրյանների մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, սակայն վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է հարևանը, ով լսելով ձայները՝ դուրս է եկել աստիճանահարթակ և բռնելով Վ.Մարտիրոսյանին՝ կանխել նրա գործողությունները։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Վ.Մարտիրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։

Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով»։
