Տարեցտարի ամբողջ աշխարհում աճում է ամուսնալուծությունների թիվը, եւ մեծ թվով երիտասարդներ ամուսնանալով հարց են տալիս՝ ինչո՞ւ է դա տեղի ունենում եւ ինչպե՞ս կառուցել ավելի ամուր ընտանիք: NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում Medicine-ի հոգեբան Սեդրակ Սեդրակյանը մի քանի խորհուրդ տվեց նորապսակներին եւ նրանց, ովքեր նոր են պատրաստվում ամուսնանալ:
1. Ճիշտ պատկերացում կազմեք այն մասին, թե ինչ է ամուսնությունը
Հոգեբանի խոսքով՝ առավել հաճախ ամուսնալուծվում են այն զույգերը, ովքեր մինչ ամուսնանալը չեն իմացել, թե իրականում ինչ է իրենց սպասում, եւ բնականաբար, դրան պատրաստ չեն եղել: Ուստի մասնագետը խորհուրդ է տալիս ջանալ ամուսնության մասին ճիշտ պատկերացում կազմել: Ըստ որում՝ այդ պատկերացումը չպետք է հենվի ծնողների կամ տատիկ-պապիկների փորձի վրա: Ժամանակները փոխվում են, արժեքները եւ մարդիկ՝ նույնպես: Եթե դուք կին եք, չպետք է մտածեք, որ ձեր ամուսինը տանն իրեն այնպես կպահի, ինչպես ձեր հայրը կամ պապիկը: Նույնը վերաբերում է տղամարդկանց. ձեր կնոջը հնարավոր է չբավարարի հարաբերությունների այն մակարդակը, որ եղել է ձեր ծնողների դեպքում:
2. Իմացեք, թե ինչ դեր եք կատարելու ընտանիքում
Հոգեբանի երկրորդ խորհուրդը ածանցվում է առաջինից: Եթե դուք լավ պատկերացնեք ձեր եւ ձեր զուգընկեոեջ դերը ընտանիքում, կիմանաք, թե ինչ պետք է անի ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը: Դա ձեզ կօգնի հեշտ լուծել խնդիրները եւ խուսափել ավելորդ վեճերից: Լավ գաղափար է նախապես այդ ամենի մասին խոսելը. դա նաեւ ձեզ կօգնի քննարկել այն ամենն, ինչ ձեզ անհանգստացնում է:
3. Ինքներդ ձեզ ճիշտ գնահատեք
Հոգեբանի խոսքով՝ ընտանիքում վեճերի մեծ մասն առաջանում է միայն այն պատճառով, որ ամուսիններից մեկնումեկը անհամարժեք է գնահատում ինքն իրեն, հետեւաբար անհիմն պահանջներ է ներկայացնում կողակցին: Փորձեք հասկանալ՝ ով եք դուք, ինչպիսին եք, ինչ եք ուզում ձեզնից եւ ձեր կողակցից: Եթե ինքներդ ձեր հետ խնդիրներ ունեք, դրանք լուծեք մինչեւ կողակցի հետ վեճի բռնվելը:
4. Մի՛ վախեցեք մասնագետներին դիմելուց
Եթե ձեր միջեւ վեճեր են առաջանում, որոնցից չի հաջողվում ինքնուրույն գլուխ հանել, կարիք չկա վախենալ կամ ամաչել մասնագետներին դիմելուց: Կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակները, օրինակ, կօգնի հարթել ընտանեկան գրագետ հոգեբանը:
