Ռուսաստանը կփոխհատուցի ապրիլյան պատերազմում Ադրբեջանի կորցրածը.«168 ժամ»

«Երեկ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ադրբեջան: «Բաքվում նախատեսված հանդիպումների ընթացքում նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ մտքերի փոխանակություն տեղի կունենա` Վիեննայում և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում տեղի ունեցած համաժողովների ընթացքում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները զարգացնելու նպատակով,- նշված է Լավրովի այցի առթիվ ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, որում նաև ասվում է,- Ադրբեջանը մեր կարևոր ռազմավարական գործընկերն է Անդրկովկասում և Կասպիական տարածաշրջանում: Մենք մեր հարաբերությունները Բաքվի հետ կառուցում ենք իրավահավասարության, բարիդրացիական կապերի և փոխադարձ շահերը հարգելու հիմքի վրա»:
ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությունը տեղեկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում են երկու երկրների նախագահների հովանու ներքո սեպտեմբերի 29-ին Բաքվում անցկացվելիք 5-րդ միջազգային հումանիտար ֆորումին: Իսկ մինչ Արտգործնախարարության մակարդակով Ռուսաստանը ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին ներբողներ էր շռայլում Ադրբեջանի հասցեին, այդ երկրում ՌԴ դեսպան Վլադիմիր Դորոխինն ավելի առարկայական հայտարարություն է արել՝ ասելով, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունն Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ ստորագրված պայմանագրերի ու ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն:
Դորոխինը շեշտել է, որ Ռուսաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև կնքվելու են զենքի մատակարարման նոր պայմանագրեր՝ չբացառելով, որ դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ սեպտեմբերին Բաքու կատարելիք այցի շրջանակներում: Եթե նման օրակարգով Բաքու այցելելու մասին հաղորդագրություն տարածեր որևէ այլ երկրի արտգործնախարարություն, Բաքվում այդ որևէ այլ երկրի դեսպանն էլ ազդարարեր, որ դրա ղեկավարը մեկ ամիս հետո Ադրբեջանում պատրաստվում է պայմանագրեր կնքել զենքի մատակարարման վերաբերյալ, այդ երկիրն անմիջապես Հայաստանում կհռչակվեր՝ որպես դավաճան, գուցե ակցիաներ կազմակերպվեին այդ երկրի դեսպանատան դիմաց, հնարավոր է՝ կոչեր հնչեին այդ երկրի արտադրանքը բոյկոտելու մասին:
Ռուսաստանում լավ գիտեն, որ այս օրերին հայ քաղաքական «միտքը» ոչ թե ուղղակի լռում է, այլ ելույթներ է պատրաստում՝ արդարացնելու համար սեպտեմբերին Պուտինի կողմից Բաքվում կնքվելիք զենքի մատակարարման հերթական գործարքը: Իսկ Հայաստանին մատակարարվելիք 200 միլիոն դոլարի ռուսական զենքի մասին դեռ որևէ տեղեկություն չկա:
«Ընթացքի մեջ է»,- այդ զենքի՝ Հայաստան հասնելու մասին հարցին ի պատասխան՝ կրկնում են հայ պաշտոնյաները, բնականաբար, չխորանալով այնպիսի «մանրուքների» մեջ, որ մինչ այդ «ընթացքի վերջն» Ադրբեջանը ստանալու է անգամներով ավելի շատ ռուսական զենք:
Չեն խորանում, մինչև Ռուսաստանը կհասցնի Ադրբեջանին փոխհատուցել ապրիլյան պատերազմում կորցրած սպառազինությունը: Չեն խորանում, որովհետև երևի հանձնարարված է՝ չխորանալ»,-գրում է թերթը:
