«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են մեր աղբյուրները, Ռուսաստանն անչափ ծանր է տանում Հայաստան-Արեւմուտք առնչությունները, ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ հավասարակշռված հարաբերությունները, մանեւրի այն մինիմալ դաշտը, որը փորձում է ունենալ Հայաստանը: Այդ թվում եւ Պուտինի բացակայությամբ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մասնակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի վերջին գագաթնաժողովին, որտեղ քննարկվում էին հատկապես Ռուսաստանին առնչվող խնդիրներ:
Ի դեպ, այսօր մեկնարկելու է Ռուսաստան-ՆԱՏՕ հանդիպումը, որից դրական սպասումներ գրեթե չկան, եթե ոչ՝ հակառակը: «Սպասումներ» կան Ռուսաստանից` Հայաստանի մասով: Բանն այն է, որ ամեն անգամ, երբ Ռուսաստանին «դուր չի գալիս» Հայաստանը, նա սկսում է չհայտարարված լուրջ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել իր ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ նկատմամբ. «Գույք պարտքի դիմաց» գործարքն իր օրերում Մեղրու տարբերակի բանակցությունների արդյունքում ստացանք:
«Մի պահ մոռանանք Հոկտեմբերի 27-ը, Մարտի 1-ը, ասենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 3-ի մեկ գիշերվա որոշումը, որը կայացվեց Խորվաթիայում` նույն Արա Աբրահամյանի մասնակցությամբ, որին այս օրերին կրկին ակտիվացրել է Ռուսաստանը, նույնպես «սպառնալիքով» է կորզվել։ Խնդիրը կրկին Ղարաբաղն է եղել՝ հայկական կողմին խիստ ճակատային զգուշացրել են՝ նայեք, եթե ցանկանում եք ասոցացվել ԵՄ-ի հետ, ապա պատրաստ եղեք Ղարաբաղում զարգացումների»:
Ինչպիսիք եղան ապրիլի՞ն: «Այո, ի դեպ, պակաս «ռազմավարական» չէ նաեւ գազի գնի «ռիչագը», ինչը պերմանենտ է կիրառվել` ընդհուպ մինչեւ Միլլերի զանգ` «ներված» գումարի հետվերադաձի մասով, հիմա պետք է հասկանալ, թե այս անգամ ինչ կա Ռուսաստանի մտքին` Քերրիի եւ Օլանդի հետ բարձր հանդիպումներից հետո»,- ասաց մեր բարձրաստիճան զրուցակիցը»:
