Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանի արկածների վախճանը Հայաստանում.«168 ժամ»

«Ազգային ժողովի նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական սկանդալային պատգամավոր Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանի գործարանները հանվել են աճուրդի: Այս պահին դատական քաշքշուկների մեջ են կամ արդեն սնանկ են ճանաչվել և աճուրդի հանվել 3 ձեռնարկություններ՝ «Գրեյթ Վելլի» ՀՁ-ն, «Գրեյթ Վելլի Քամփընի» ՍՊԸ-ն, «Աշտարակյան գինիներ» ՓԲԸ-ն, նաև Արտաշատի ու Օշականի գինու գործարանները:
«Աշտարակյան գինիները», որ Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կողմից սնանկ էր ճանաչվել անցած տարի, արդեն երկրորդ անգամ է դրվել աճուրդի, սակայն գնորդ չլինելու պատճառով աճուրդը չի կայացել: Գործարանի գույքը կրկին վաճառքի կհանվի օգոստոսի 10-ին:
Հուլիսի 27-ին նախատեսվում է աճուրդով վաճառել «Գրեյթ Վելլի Քամփընի» գործարանը: Երևանի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանն այն սնանկ էր ճանաչել անցյալ տարվա փետրվարին՝ «Հայբիզնեսբանկի» պահանջով: «168 ժամ»-ի հետ զրույցում ընկերության սնանկության գործերով կառավարիչ Գագիկ Բարխուդարյանը հայտնեց, որ աճուրդի անցկացման միջնորդությունը ներկայացվել է դատարան, որը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կհաստատի այն: Ըստ նրա՝ իր վարույթում գտնվող գույքը փոքր է. ««Գրեյթ Վելլին» մի քանի կառավարչի գործ է: «Գրեյթ Վելլի Քամփընիի» գույքը շատ չէ, գումարն էլ շատ չէ»:
Տարբեր պատմություններով հայտնի Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանի գործերը, ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների, Հայաստանում վատացան տարիներ առաջ Մոսկվայում ՀՀԿ-ական Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանին համասեփականությամբ պատկանող խաղատանը տհաճ միջադեպից հետո: Այդ ժամանակ Արզաքանցյանին ծեծի էին ենթարկել նրա վատ պահվածքի համար: Այստեղ նրա նախկին կուսակից ընկերներն Արզաքանցյանին բնորոշում են «խաբեբա» բառով:
Թե ինչպե՞ս են արտերկրում նրա գործերը, հավանաբար, շուտով կպարզվի: Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռ պատգամավորական տարիներին Արզաքանցյանը երեքհարկանի առանձնատուն էր ձեռք բերել Փարիզի արվարձանում, իսկ Ֆրանսիայի Կոնյակ քաղաքում գործարան էր գնել:
Մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ «Գրեյթ Վելլիի» կուտակած աշխատավարձերի պարտքն ավելի քան 80 մլն դրամ է: Ընկերությունն ավելի քան 2 մլն դոլար էլ պարտք է «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին, մոտ 286 հազար դոլար՝ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին, ևս 756.5 եվրո՝ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին: «Գրեյթ Վելլի ՀՁ»-ն նաև ավելի քան 155 մլն դրամ է պարտք Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին, 53 մլն 302 հազար դրամ՝ «Արտաշատի գինու-կոնյակի գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ին, 82 մլն 250 հազար դրամ՝ «Արտաշատ-Վինկոն» ՓԲԸ-ին, և այլն»,-գրում է թերթը:
