  • 3 թեյի գդալ մեղր,
  • 2 թեյի գդալ աղացած դարչին
  • 1 կտոր կոճապղպեղ (2 սմ)

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Աանհրաժեշտ է բլենդերով հարել ծովաբողկը և կոճապղպեղը: Քամեք կիտրոնի հյութը և ավելացրեք բլենդերի մեջ, ավելացրեք 3 թեյի գդալ մեղր, 2 թեյի գդալ դարչին և խառնեք՝ մինչև օշարակ ստացվի: Օշարակը պահեք բանկայի մեջ:

Օգտագործումը՝ մեկ թեյի գդալ օրական երկու անգամ՝ ուտելուց և կարդիո մարզանքից առաջ: Երեք շաբաթ օգտագործելուց հետո դադար տվեք:
