Խուզարկության ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է մեթադոն տեսակի թմրամիջոց

Երեւան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ մեթադոն տեսակի թմրամիջոց պահելու դեպքի առթիվ: Դատական նիստերը ղեկավարում է դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանը:
Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Ա. Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա մարտի 25-ին ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել եւ պահել մեթադոն տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որը նույն օրը շամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում հայտնաբերվել է ոստիկանների կողմից վերջինիս անձնական խուզարկություն կատարելու ժամանակ:
Վերջինս մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 268-րդ հոդվածի (Թմրամիջոցների կամ հոգեներգործուն նյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառությունն առանց դրանք իրացնելու նպատակի) առաջին մասի հատկանիշներով: Այն է՝ առանց իրացնելու նպատակի թմրամիջոցներ կամ հոգեներգործուն նյութեր ապօրինի պատրաստելը, վերամշակելը, ձեռք բերելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ առաքելը պատժվում է կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով:
