Ադրբեջանը փորձում է անտեսել Վիեննայի եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումների ժամանակ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները: Այս մասին, հուլիսի 11-ին, Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրների արտգործնախարարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
ԱԳՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ անդրադառնալով ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի առաջ մղման նպատակով ձեռնարկվող ջանքերին՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շեշտեց. «Վիեննայի եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովները, առաջին հերթին, նպատակ ունեին կայունացնելու ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծված, միջազգային մարդասիրական եւ մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներով ուղեկցված լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիվ գործողությունների հետեւանքով հակամարտության գոտում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Բանակցային գործընթացը շարունակելու համար պայմաններ ստեղծելու նպատակով, նախեւառաջ, անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել այն, ինչի մասին հատուկ շեշտվել է եւ ինչի շուրջ պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել գագաթաժողովներին՝ հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորում, զինադադարի վերաբերյալ 1994-1995թթ. եռակողմ անժամկետ համաձայնագրերի անվերապահ իրականացում, միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծում, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի թիմի ընդլայնում:
Ցավոք, երկու գագաթաժողովներից հետո Ադրբեջանը փորձում է անտեսել ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները՝ խոչընդոտելով խաղաղ գործընթացի առաջխաղացումը: Հայաստանը եռանախագահների հետ միասին շարունակելու է ջանքերն՝ ուղղված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը»։
Եզրափակելով իր խոսքը՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանն առաջարկեց Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրների արտգործնախարարների ոչ պաշտոնական հաջորդ հանդիպումը հյուրընկալել Երեւանում:
