«Որեւէ հիմք չեմ տեսնում նման ենթադրություն անելու համար: ՆԱՏՕ-ն անվտանգության հարցերի կազմակերպություն է: Եվրոպական անվտանգությունը պահանջում է բանակցություններ վարել բոլոր գործընկերների, այդ թվում Ռուսաստանի հետ: Կան ընդհանուր մարտահրավերներ՝ ահաբեկչություն, ծայրահեղականություն, թրաֆիքինգի բոլոր տեսակները, որոնք սպառնում են բոլոր երկրների հասարակություններին: Այդ ամենի դեմ պայքարելու համար անհրաժեշտ են համատեղ ջանքեր»,-ասել է դեսպանը:
