Ինչպե՞ս տարբերել խալը պապիլոմայից

Շատ մարդիկ շփոթում են խալերը պապիլոմայի հետ ու ընդհանրացնում են այս երկու հասկացությունները:

Իրականում դրանք շատ են տարբերվում: Թե կոնկրետ ինչով` կպատմենք ստորև.

Ի՞նչ է խալը

Խալը բարորակ գոյացություն է, որն ինքնին օրգանիզմին վնաս չի հասցնում: Խալերի վիճակին պետք է միշտ հետևել, որպեսզի նրանք մելանոմայի չվերածվեն: Մելանոման չարորակ գոյացություն է, որից մարդ պետք է զգուշանա:

Բնածին հետքերը, որոնց բժշկության մեջ անվանում են անև նևուս, առաջանում են մարդու վրա դեռ մոր արգանդում: Խալերն առաջանում են երեխաների մոտ մեկ տարեկանից հետո: Ավելի ճիշտ՝ նկատելի են դառնում, քանի որ դրանք նույնպես առաջանում են մոր արգանդում եղած ժամանակ, բայց շատ փոքր են լինում և անգույն:

Հաճախ խալերը շփոթում են պապիլոմաների հետ: Բայց նրանք շատ են տարբերվում միմյանցից: Միակ նմանությունն այն է, որ նրանք երկուսն էլ բարորակ նորագայացություններ են և կարող են մաշկի քաղցկեղի պատճառ դառնալ:

Ի՞նչ է պապիլոման

Պապիլոման վարակի տեսակ է, որն առաջանում է մարդու մաշկի և լորձաթաղանթի վրա: Այս վարակն անցնում է մարդուն կենցաղային և սեռական ճանապարհով:

Պապիլոմաները լինում են հարթ և կախված, չափերը կարող են տատանվել 2-4 մմ-ից մինչև 14-16 մմ: Կախված և մեծ պապիլոման կարող է ձևափոխվել վնասվածքի արդյունքում: Այդպես, ոչ մեծ գոյացությունը կարող է արագ մեծանալ և վերածվել չարորակ ուռուցքի: Այնպես որ, եթե գոյացությունն անընդհատ ենթարկվում է վնասվածքի, ավելի լավ է այն հեռացնել:

Ո՞րն է խալի և պապիլոմայի տարբերությունը

 

Ստույգ տարբերել խալերը պապիլոմաներից կարելի է միայն մաշկաբանի օգնությամբ: Ինչպես նաև կարելի է ինքնուրույն հասկանալ, թե դրանցից որն է Ձեր մարմնի վրա: Ահա խալերի և պապիլոմայի հիմնական տարբերությունները.

  • Պապիլոման ունի փափուկ և շարժուն կառուցվածք, իսկ խալը՝ խիտ և ամուր:
  • Պապիլոման անոթներ ունի, իսկ խալը կազմված է միայն մաշկի բջիջներից:
  • Բնածին հետքերը կարող են փոխանցվել մարդուն ժառանգաբար, իսկ պապիլոման փոխանցվում է կենցաղային կամ սեռական ճանապարհով:
  • Խալը կարող է ունենալ և՛ բաց գույն, և՛ մուգ գույն: Պապիլոման միայն բաց գույն է ունենում:
  • Պապիլոման հիմնականում լինում է ակտիվ շփման հատվածներում և լորձաթաղանթի վրա: Խալերը կարող են լինել մարմնի ցանկացած հատվածում:
  • Պապիլոմաները ստույգ, հստակ ձև չունեն, իսկ խալերը միշտ ունենում են հավասար եզրեր և համաչափ ձև:
  • Խալերն ու բնածին հետքերն առաջանում են մարդու մարմնի վրա ծնվելիս, իսկ պապիլոմաները՝ վարակն օրգանիզմ մտնելուց մեկ ամիս հետո:

Խալերն ու պապիլոմաները բազմաթիվ տարբերություններ ունեն, բայց, այդուհանդերձ, մարդը կարող է հեշտությամբ շփոթել դրանք: Այդ պատճառով, եթե Ձեր մարմնի վրայի գոյացություներն անհանգստացնում կամ վախեցնում են Ձեզ, անպայման դիմեք բժշկի:
