Ադրբեջանում մերձճակատային գոտի գործուղված լրագրողները կհավատարմագրվեն ԱԱՆ եզրակացության հիման վրա

Ադրբեջանի նախարարների կաբինետը հաստատել է «Մերձճակատային գոտի գործուղված լրագրողների հավատարմագրման պաշտպանության նախարարարության հետ համաձայնեցման կանոնները», ըստ որոնց սահմանային թեժ կետեր գործուղված լրագրողները պետք է համատարմագիր ստանան Ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության համապատասխան եզրակացության հիման վրա:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է APA լրատվական գործակալությունը, կանոնները որոշում են Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի սահմանին ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծին հարող գոտիներ լրագրողների հավատարմագրման ՊՆ հետ համաձայնեցման կանոնները: ՊՆ-ում լրագրողների հավատարմագրման ժամկետը 1 տարի է:
ԶԼՄ-ների համար սահմանվել են նաեւ հավատարմագրման համար լրագրողների թույլատրելի թիվը: Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ը հավատարմագրման ներկայացված լրագրողների փաստաթղթերը կքննարկի ստացած օրվանից 15 օր ժամկետում: Փաստաթղթերի քննարկման ժամանակ հիմնական ուշադրությունը պետք է դարձվի տվյալ լրագրողի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի ԱԱՆ եզրկացությանը, որից հետո համապատասխան որոշում կընդունվի: Հավատարմագրված լրագրողներին կտրվեն հավատարամագրման քարտեր:
