Հայաստանի մանկապարտեզներում հաճախակի են դարձել թունավորումների դեպքերը. Արմեն Պողոսյանի ահազանգը

Ինչպես փոխանցում է Past.am-ը, այսօր «Սպառողների ասոցիացիա» ՀԿ նախագահ Արմեն Պողոսյանը լրագրողներին տագնապով հայտնեց, որ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի մանկապարտեզներում հաճախակի են դարձել թունավորումների դեպքերը: Վերջինս օրինակ բերեց 2014-ի նոյեմբերին Եղվարդի մանկապարտեզում երեխաների թունավորման դեպքը, որի ժամանակ շուրջ 70 երեխա տեղափոխվեց հիվանդանոց:
Արմեն Պողոսյանն ասաց, որ դիմել է բամաթիվ պետական կառույցների՝ Սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայություն, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարություն և անգամ Գլխավոր դատախաություն, սակայն պատասխան նամակները իրեն չեն բավարարել:
«Ես ստացա պատասխան նամակ, որը մոտ երկու էջ էր, բայց այնտեղ չկար բովանդակություն, անհրաժեշտ ինֆորմացիա: Պատասխանը հետևյալն էր՝ առանձնացվել է 4 գործ՝ ըստ մանկապարտեզների, շարունակվում է քննությունը»,- նշեց Արմեն Պողոսյանը:
Հասարակական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչը պատրաստվում է երկրորդ նամակը հղել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությանը: Բանախոսը հարց բարձրացրեց՝ ո՞վ է սերտիֆիկացնում այդ մանկապարտեզների խոհանոցներն ու սանհանգույցները:
Անդրադառնալով մանկապարտեզներում սնունդ մատակարարաող ընկերությունների ընտրության ընթացակարգին՝ Պողոսյանն ասաց, որ ով ավելի էժան գին է առաջարկում, նա էլ հաղթում է մրցույթում:
Բանախոսը հավելեց, որ սնունդ մատակարարող ընկերությունների համար լիցենավորումն ըստ օրենքի՝ պարտադիր չէ: Պողոսյանն ընդգծում է, որ այս հարցում թերանում են բոլորը՝ թե՛ պատկան մարմինները, թե՛ հասարակությունը, թե՛ մամուլը և թե՛ ոլորտին առնչվող օրենսդրական դաշտը:
«Երեխաներն ամենակարևորն են բոլորիս կյանքում, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է նման անփույթ վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել նրանց նկատմամբ և վտանգել նրանց կյանքերը»,- եզրափակեց խոսքը Արմեն Պողոսյանը:
