Այսօր ձեզ կներկայացնեմ իմ սիրած աղցաններից մեկը, այն գրեթե բոլոր առիթներին անպակաս է իմ սեղանից։ Աղցանը շատ մատչելի է ու դրա հետ մեկտեղ ստացվում է մեծ չափաբաժնով, իսկ եթե պատրաստի վիճակում չհամեմել և մայոնեզ չավելացնել, ապա այն կարելի է պահել սառնարանում նույնիսկ մի քանի օր։ Վերմիշելով աղցանը թե՛ սննդարար է, թե՛ վիտամիններով լեցուն։ Թարմ բանջարեղենը հաճելի խրթխրթում է ատամի տակ, իսկ մայոնեզի և սամիթի համը ավելի հաճելի են դարձնում այդ համերի բույլը։
10 բաժին վերմիշելով աղցան պատրաստելու համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ են հետևյալ բաղադրիչները՝
Կաղամբ – 1 հատ փոքր - 200 դր
Եգիպտացորեն – մոտ 400 գր - 450 դր
Գազար – 2 հատ միջին չափի -150 դր
Վերմիշել – 200 գր - 200 դր
Սամիթ – 1 փունջ /կանաչ սոխ – ըստ ցանկության/ - 100դր
Մայոնեզ – 1 տուփ - 400 դր
Աղ / պղպեղ
Ընդհանուր արժեքը՝ 1500 դր
Պատրաստման տևողությունը՝ 20 րոպե։
Նախապես խաշել վերմիշելը։ Ցանկալի է այն լինի ոչ սովորական տեսքի, հիմա խանութները շատ մեծ տեսականի են առաջարկում՝ ծաղիկներ, խխունջներ, այբուբեն և այլն, ընտրեք դրանցից մեկը, որ աղցանն ավելի գեղեցիկ տեսք ունենա, քանի որ համի համար առանձնապես էական չէ ինչ տեսքի կլինի վերմիշելը, կարևորը շատ խոշոր չլինի։
Բարակ շերտատել կաղամբը, քերել գազարը, ավելացնել խաշած և սառեցրած վերմիշելը, մանր կտրատած սամիթը և եթե սիրում եք նաև կանաչ սոխը, համեմել, մայոնեզ լցնել վրան և մատուցել։
