ԱՄՆ-ը եւս գրեթե 440 մլն դոլար է տրամադրել Սիրիայից փախստականների օգնության համար

ԱՄՆ-ը որոշում Է ընդունել եւս շուրջ 439 միլիոն դոլար հատկացնել Մերձավոր Արեւելքում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հետեւանքների մեղմացման համար, ճգնաժամ, որ առաջացել Է Սիրիայում ներքին զինված հակամարտության պատճառով: Հուլիսի 12-ին այս մասին հաղորդել Է Պետդեպարտամենտի մամուլի ծառայությունը: Ինչպես ճշտել Է այդ ծառայությունը, խոսքը վերաբերում Է նրանց համար լրացուցիչ մարդասիրական օգնությանն, ովքեր տուժել են Սիրիայում ծավալված պատերազմից»:
Նոր միջոցները, որոնք նախատեսված են ամենից առաջ փախստականների եւ հարկադիր վերաբնակների օգնության համար, կբաշխեն հետեւյալ կերպ. 231 միլիոն դոլար կտրամադրվի Սիրիայում, 84 միլիոն դոլար՝ Լիբանանում, 65 միլիոն դոլար՝ Հորդանանում. 36 միլիոն դոլար՝ Թուրքիայում, 16 միլիոն դոլար՝ Իրաքում, 5 միլիոն դոլար Եգիպտոսում կարիքավորներին օգնություն ցույց տալու համար, 2 միլիոն դոլար՝ ամբուղջ տարածաշրջանի շրջանակներում ՝համանման ծրագրերի համար:
Արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության հայտարարության համաձայն՝ դա նշանակում Է, որ Սիրիայում ծայր առած քաղաքացիական պատերազմի սկզբից ԱՄՆ-ն այդ արաբական երկրի հումանիտար ծրագրերի իրականացման համար տրամադրել Է ընդհանուր առմամբ շուրջ 5,6 միլիարդ դոլար, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
