Բանջարեղենները կտրատեք, ավելացրեք 3լ ջուր, ապա՝ աղ և մի փոքր սև պղպեղ: Կաթսան դրեք կրակին, հասցրեք եռման ջերմաստիճանի և եփեք 10 րոպե, ապա կրակն իջեցրեք և շարունակեք եփել այնքան, մինչև բանջարեղենները փափկեն: Ահա և վերջ:
