Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումից հետո Ալիեւի իջեցված ձայնը դարձավ 5 անգամ ավելի բարձր: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 13-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Անուշ Սեդրակյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, ԼՂ հակամարտության նկատմամբ ֆիքսվածությունը վաղուց այսպիսի արագընթաց զարգացում չէր ապրել:

Նրա խոսքով, դա պայմանավորված է նախ նրանով, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ, տարածաշրջանն է սրված, եւ կատարվում են իրադարձություններ, որոնք չեն մարում ոչ մի կերպ, այդ թվում Սիրիայի դեպքերը, ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների ջերմացում-սառեցումը:

Անդրադառնալով Ջոն Քերիի սպասվող համապարփակ այցին, այդ թվում՝ նաեւ Մոսկվա, Անուշ Սեդրակյանն ասաց. «Լավրովի հետ ենթադրվող հանդիպման ժամանակ Քերին պլանավորում է խոսել ուղիղ երկու հարցի մասին՝ սիրիական խնդիրը եւ ԼՂ հարցը: Սա հիմք է տալիս ասելու, թե ինչ սրացման եւ ինչ ուշադրության կենտրոնում գտնվող հարց է ԼՂ հարցը»:

«Այստեղ ինձ մտահոգում է այն, որ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովի հանդիպումներից հետո մեր պաշտոնական լրատվությունը տվեց անդեմ բացատրություն, թե ինչ է խոսվել Ղարաբաղում, էլի նույն սկզբունքները: «Երբ բան չունեն ասելու, խոսում են մադրիդյան սկզբունքներից: Հիմա էլ նոր ընթերցում է եղել, երբ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը հայտարարեց, որ տարածքային ամբողջականությունը նկատի ունեն Ադրբեջանն առանց Ղարաբաղի: Սա որքանով է դիվանագիտորեն մոտ իրականությանը, մեծ հարց է»:

«Ազատ դեմոկրատների» փոխնախագահը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթաժողովը Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար այնպիսի կարեւոր կռվան է, որ կարելի էր չվախենալ այն մտքից, որ հայտարարեին՝ գնացել ենք այդ գագաթաժողովին, որովհետեւ ՆԱՏՕ-ն կոլեկտիվ անվտանգություն ապահովող ամենահզոր ծրագիրն է աշխարհում: «Իհարկե, եթե պետությունն անկախ է, հանգիստ պետք է գնա եւ քննարկի իր անվտանգության հեռանկարները: Հատկապես, երբ տեսնում ենք, որ ներկա անվտանգության հեռանկարի երաշխավորները տապալել են այդ հեռանկարը»:

Անդրադառնալով Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի վաճառքին, նա ընդգծեց. «Ռուսաստանը մտադիր չէ դադարեցնել զենքի վաճառքն Ադրբեջանին՝ վերցնելով մեր հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը, լինելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ, անտեսելով այն կետը, որ չպետք է զենք վաճառել հակամարտության մեջ գտնվող երկրներին:

«Վիեննայի համաձայնությունից հետո, երբ խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ պետք է հետաքննող սարքեր տեղադրվեն սահմանին, որով պիտի ամրագրվի սահմանը, պիտի երեւա, թե ով է խախտել հրադադարը, հանկարծակի՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումից հետո դրա մասին մոռացվում է, այդ հարցն այլեւս չի քննարկվում:

«Ալիեւի իջեցված ձայնը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումից հետո դարձավ հինգ անգամ ավելի բարձր, նրա հռետորաբանությունը դարձավ ավելի ռազմատենչ:

Ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարել էր, որ պետք է վերականգնենք 1994 թվականի սահմանը, Արցախը պետք է դառնա բանակցային կողմ: Հիմա ամենաբարձր դիվանագիտական մակարդակով խոսում են, որ տարածքային զիջումներ պիտի լինեն եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի նշած որեւէ կետի անդրադարձ չկա: Դա եղավ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի հանդիպումից հետո»,-ընդգծեց նա:
