Ուտելու ընթացքում ջուր խմելն օգնում է շուտ կշտանալ

Դիետա պահող մարդկանց միշտ խորհուրդ են տվել ուտելուց առաջ և դրա ընթացքում ջուր խմել՝ անցանկալի քաշից ազատվելու համար:

Հիմա գիտանականները հավատում են, որ գտել են հստակ պատճառը, թե ինչու ենք մենք ուտելու ընթացքում ջուր խմելով շուտ կշտանում: Ստամոքսի և ուղեղի սկանավորումը ցույց են տվել, թե ինչպես են ուղեղն ու ստամոքսը արձագանքում ուտելու ընթացքում ջրի օգտագործմանը:

Նիդերլանդների Վեյգնինգենի համալսարանի հետազոտողները համեմատել են ուտելու ժամանակահատվածում տարբեր պահերի արված նկարները, որպեսզի հասկանան, թե ինչպես էին մարդիկ իրենց զգում այդ պահերին: Նրանք պարզեցին, որ ջուր խմելու դեպքում ուղեղից ստամոքսին փոխանցվում էր ռեակցիա, որ ստամոքսն արդեն լիքն է և մարդը իրեն կուշտ է զգում:
Սա նշանակում է, որ նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են նիհարել կամ ուղղակի ավելի քիչ ուտել, ապա նրանք պետք է ջուր օգտագործեն նաև ուտելու ընթացքում: Սրան հաջորդած մեկ այլ ուսումնասիրություն պարզել է, որ ավելորդ քաշից ազատվել ցանկացող և դիետա պահող մարդիկ, ովքեր ուտելու ընթացքում 500 մլ ջուր են խմել, 12 շաբաթվա ընթացքում հավելյալ 2 կիլոգրամ նիհարել են:

Նաև ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ մարդիկ ինչքան շատ են ջուր խմել ուտելու ընթացքում, այնքան ավելի քիչ են սով զգացել:

Այսպիսով՝ ընդհամենը ջուր խմելով մեր ստամոքսը փքվում է, ախորժակը շատ կարճ ժամանակում փակվում է, և ուղեղի գործունեությունն ակտիվանում է:

Գիտանականները հիմա փորձում են մշակել նոր մեթոդներ, որով մարդիկ ուտելիս ջուր օգտագործելով շատ ավելի շուտ կարող են կշտանալ:
