Վրաստանի հայ կանանց «Շուշանիկ» միության նախաձեռնությամբ, Վիրահայոց թեմի Առաջնորդարանի, «Հայարտուն» կենտրոնի և անհատ բարերարների աջակցությամբ, 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին, Թբիլիսիի Սուրբ Էջմիածին եկեղեցու բակում տեղի է ունեցել հայկական ազգային կերակրատեսակի՝ տոլմայի փառատոն-մրցույթը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Վիրահայոց թեմից՝ հավելելով. «Բարի ավանդույթ է դարձել Վրաստանում ազգային մյուս արժեքների հետ միասին ներկայացնել նաև հայկական խոհանոցն իր բազմազանությամբ, որը հայոց բազմադարյա մշակույթի անբաժանելի մասն է: Այս տարի «Տոլմա  2016» փառատոն-մրցույթին մասնակցության ցանկություն էին հայտնել ոչ միայն «Շուշանիկ» միության անդամները, այլև Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը, «Վրաստան» և «Ալիքմեդիա» մայրենի լեզվով լրատվամիջոցները, թիվ 104 հայկական դպրոցը, հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, մշակութային համույթներ, Թբիլիսիում գործող մի քանի ռեստորաններ և սրճարաններ, բազում տնային տնտեսուհիներ, թվով 37 մասնակիցներ:

Սեղաններին շարված էին գեղեցիկ ձևավորված 45 կաթսա հայկական տոլմայի տարատեսակներ: «Փառատոն-2016»-ի մասնակիցների խոհարարական հմտությունը գնահատելու համար, միջոցառման կազմակերպիչների հրավերով, Թբիլիսի էր ժամանել Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը, կազմակերպության անդամներ Գարիկ Գևորգյանի, Գրիշա Անտինյանի, Արմեն Քեֆելյանի և Ախտալայի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Խաչիկյանի ընկերակցությամբ:

Փառատոնի պատվավոր հյուրն էր ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստուհի, ծնունդով թբիլիսեցի Լեյլա Սարիբեկյանը:

Վրաստանի հայ կանանց «Շուշանիկ» միության նախագահ Սուսաննա Խաչատրյանը, ողջունելով մասնակիցներին և ներկաներին, փառատոն-մրցույթը հայտարարեց բացված:Վիրահայոց Թեմի առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տեր Վազգեն եպիսկոպոս Միրզախանյանը և Թեմակալ առաջնորդի օգնական հոգեշնորհ Տեր Խորեն վարդապետ Հովհաննիսյանը օրհնեցին տոլմայով լի կաթսաները և բարեհաջող ընթացք մաղթեցին փառատոնին:

Հայոց հինավուրց եկեղեցու բակը լեփ-լեցուն էր մարդկանցով. եկել էին տեղացիներ և բազմաթիվ հյուրեր՝ հայեր, վրացիներ, ռուսներ, արտասահմանցիներ: Բուրումնավետ տոլմայի համտեսումն ընթանում էր ուրախ համերգի ուղեկցությամբ, որը վարում էին թեմի մշակույթի բաժնի տնօրեն Լևոն Չիդիլյանը և մենակատար-երգչուհի Աննա Պողոսովա-Բադալյանը:

Փառատոն-մրցույթ-2016–ը հայրենասիրական և ազգային երգերի անզուգական կատարումներով ողջունեց Լեյլա Սարիբեկյանը, արժանանալով ներկաների բուռն ծափահարություններին:

Հինգ հոգուց բաղկացած հեղինակավոր մրցատյանը Հայաստանի գլխավոր խոհարար Սեդրակ Մամուլյանի գլխավորությամբ, համի, ձևավորման և մտղահղացման անվանակարգերի մրցանակներ շնորհեց «Կալանդա» ռեստորանին, «Գրեկո օթել» ռեստորանին, Սուրբ Էջմիածին եկեղեցու եկեղեցասեր կանանց միության անդամ Քնարիկ Ոսկանյանին, իսկ «Գրան պրի» մրցանակին արժանացավ «Մանգալ-հաուզ Թբիլիսի» ռեստորանը»:
