Բեյհայ քաղաքը, որը տեղակայված է Չինաստանի Գուանսի–Չժուան ինքնավար մարզում, տեղացիներն անվանում են «մեռյալների քաղաք»։ Այդ անվանումը քաղաքը ստացել է մեկ պատճառով` Բեյհայը դարձել է ուրվական–քաղաք։
Այս քաղաքը կառուցվել է չինացի մեծահարուստների նոր դասի համար։
Անշարժ գույքը արագ վաճառվեց, բայց անցած 7 տարիների ընթացքում Բեյհեյ քաղաքը այդպես էլ չբնակեցվեց։
Վիլլաների տերերը հույս ունեն, որ անշարժ գույքի գները կբարձրանան և հնարավոր կլինի շահավետ գործարք կատարել։
Դատարկ վիլլաները քաղաքի կենտրոնից շատ հեռու են գտնվում, դա էլ հենց եղավ չինացիների շրջանում դրա հեղինակության անկման պատճառ։
Եթե Չինաստանը շարունակի աճել և զարգանալ, ապա հնարավոր է, որ մի օր մեռյալ քաղաքը ինչ–որ մեկին պետք գա։
Բայց այս պահին թանկարժեք առանձնատները դատարկ կանգնած սպասում են իրենց տերերին։
Եթե նույն կերպ շարունակվի, ապա որոշ ժամանակ անց շինությունները նոր վերանորոգման կարիք կունենան։
